Description

Podere Benedettino of 1700, recently refurbished in full respect of its history, located on the slopes of the natural reserve of Vallombrosa, just 29 km from Florence.
110 square meters of property with three bedrooms, kitchen, hall, entrance hall and two bathrooms.
Podere Gualpoli is the place to rediscover your peace and relax immersed in a unique setting, overlooking the beautiful hills of Frescobaldi vineyards.
 
There are three rooms available:
the master, large and harmonious, has a double bed, the second intimate and welcoming, offers a further double and finally the third, comfortable and gracious with two single beds.
In addition, in the large living room, you will find a sofa bed, usable in case of need.
You can take advantage of the kitchen that you have eaten and eat in the kitchen.
 
You will have a large private garden, with swimming pool, barbecue, wood oven, swings, armchairs, sofas and a beautiful fireplace where you can spend the evening with friends, perhaps a good book and a pleasant warmth. You will also have the opportunity to listen to your favorite music, to fully enjoy unforgettable moments.
 
Always inside, you will find the car park.
With the border, overlooking the typical Tuscan landscape.
Equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, armchairs, tables, umbrellas and solar shower.
 
Upon arrival you will find all the necessary linen, bathrobes, towels and towels for the pool that will be changed every weekend. In homes you need to have washing machine available. Bathrooms have a shower and bathtub.
 
The connection is unlimited and free, you can have a good signal wherever you go, even by the pool. The password of the WiFi network will be given to you upon your arrival.
Within the summer there are 25 hectares of forest, with paths, streams and corners of paradise.
You will discover many species, squirrels, deer, roe deer, and birds of all kinds.
There are also several ancient oaks, which characterize the territory with their majesty.
If you are a fan of the Montain Bike, just start from home to discover the roads and routes used by amateur and non-cyclists.
 
If you want to walk in the undergrowth, the forest has many paths that branch off into the undergrowth, rich in unique fauna and flora, until you get to the reserve of Vallombrosa and Consuma. You will also have a map where the Trekking routes are marked.
 
Just leave the house to find the most beautiful trails in the area.

Charming Tuscan Villa


The house has a beautiful setting and view. The building itself is a nice combination of a charming country villa with quality modern amenities. The hosts are very kind and helpful.

Remote and idylic


We had such a lovely family holiday here (2 adults, 3 children). The hosts Anna Maria and Alberto were extremely hospitable. Our children loved the extra interest of going to feed the chickens everyday and collect eggs. It is also a great area for walking, mountain biking and running; embedded in forest and natural surroundings - although to access the house it does involve a 10-15 minutes drive on a hilly gravel track. This encouraged us to stop, rest and stay in the house most days rather than going site seeing in the Tuscan countryside. The pool has the wow factor for sure and the views are incredible. The house is well equipped and authenthically Tuscan, not too modern but very comfortable and clean. We had a lovely week and would highly recommend.
