Located 5 miles south of downtown Moab, my townhome is very comfortable, nicely decorated and it has fantastic views of the LaSal Mountains and the Moab Rim. The living area has a full size couch, love seat, and 2 swivel chairs. The dining table seats 6 plus there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and is fully equipped and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, and common seasonings..
 
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 50" TV, ample closet space, double vanity, and a shower. The 2 queen bedrooms also have 42" TV's. All three bedrooms have blackout drapes. The bathrooms are stocked with paper products, shampoo, soap, and towels.
 
You will enjoy the double car garage for parking your vehicles or storing your toys. Plus there is a 36 foot long driveway for trailers!
 
The entrance to Arches National Park is 10 miles, about a 10-15 minute drive from the townhome. Canyonlands is about 30 miles and it takes about 30 minutes.
 
The pool, tennis courts, and playground are just a few minutes walk from the townhome.
