High quality standard  fourniture  apartment, perfect for 10 people, in Costa Smeralda style is very large, confortable, fully fournished. 
 
Within four bedrooms, two large bathrooms with shower, kitchen-dining room and living room, very bright and well furnished with taste and elegance, Is in  two levels, in  the ground floor we have one double bedroom, living room, kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with shower.
 
Downstairs, the other 3 bedrooms including two doubles and one with 4 beds (2 bunk beds) in a marine  style, and oak wood , perfect for children and adults, 2nd bathroom, and closet.
 
Is really complete with all accessories, air conditioner, TV 42',   European channels, dvd, free WI FI, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, coffè espresso machine, microwave, safe,   patio furniture.
 
FOR GROUPS of 12 people, I use A SECOND SMALLER apartment  that is below the main, on the lower level , with  the 5th double room  plus one bathroom with shower.   So in total  5 rooms 3 bathroom .
 
The house is located in a quiet,   recently built  residential area about 800 meters from the sea, surrounded by the beautiful colors of the Mediterranean vegetation, 
There is  a nice veranda ,garden with barbeque corner , and a splendid view towards the sea, as there are no other buildings that impede the view.

Tastefully decorated modern villa with views to mountains and the sea. Fully equipped and very clean


The villa is close to the centre of Cala Gonone (the tuk tuk taxi is a must with a friendly driver) but a car is essential to get to the many beaches around the area. Getting to Cartoe beach will give you some fabulous views as you drive over the mountains. Many restaurants in the town to chose from with friendly and helpful people. A trip on the boat along the coast and to the caves is a good experience. Francesca is the perfect host; there to help if needed and is very amenable and helpful.We are planning to return.

Pleasant stay, very comfortable house


The house of Francesca is very nice, spacious, very clean with a neat decoration. We were 8 (2 families including 4 teenagers). The bedding is of exceptional quality. The kitchen is equipped with utensils thought: large capacity pots and pans while being light. Francesca is an extremely kind and caring host who does everything to make your vacation as smooth as possible. We will keep an excellent memory of our stay in Sardinia and Francesca that we will not forget. Grazie mille Francesca; )
