Description

Three bedroom family home. Master bedroom has a CA king, private shower bath, & deck with access to the jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a queen, TV, & shares the full bathroom with bathtub with the third bedroom bunk room. This room has a queen & three twins. The family room has a couch with a queen pullout, half bath, and opens to the jacuzzi. There is no air conditioning. There is a central fan system and individual room fans. There are no SHARC passes.
 
There is a three night minimum but if there are only two nights available between other bookings, please contact owner to reserve those two evenings.
 
If you do book through, you will need to download their app: "Mobile Hospitality App" to gain house access, information, etc.

After loosing his wife of 37 years, Mr. Dick traveled the west coast, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado to find where he would retire. Having been on a family vacation in the mid 1990s and learning about fly fishing for the first time, he drove through Sunriver again.Mr. Dick started a new life in 2004 where he kept active volunteering, fly-fishing, attending Sunriver Christian Fellowship as well as going the Anglers and Men's Clubs. He loved the community of Sunriver and the friends he made over the next eight years. Everyone who comes is truly at home at the base of the beautiful Three Sisters mountains in the Cascades.Ann purchased this house in 2004

Very nice home


We were four families in two homes and we had a great time. This home was our dinner gathering spot and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. The dining room table was great and the outdoor deck, though a little rough, was a nice spot for dining too. Living room furnishings were comfortable and the couch had space for many grandkids to watch a movie. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms nicely done. Family members climbed to the top of the South Sister and others spent the time at the SHARC center. Another day the bikes were in full use. We appreciated the availability of the house bikes. My only advice is to READ that there is no air conditioning. While I understood there was a whole house fan system, there actually was nothing to move air except a few portable fans that did nothing to cool what was extremely uncomfortable heat in the house. To be fair, it was unusually hot weather. Any other time of year this would not be a bother and while I note it here, it did not spoil the wonderful, fun family memories we made. Ann the owner/manager was very kind and gracious to us. We would rent this property again. Thank You!

3 family getaway


The home was very comfortable with comfy beds, lots of toys (games, bikes, yard games, foosball, etc), and hot tub. Loved having a living room and a family room for when kids and adults want to do their own thing. The only things that could have made it better would have been A/C and passes to a community swimming pool. We would stay in this house again.

Great house and location


The house was very clean and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the garage was full of sports equipment and games. Good location north of the village, close enough for children to easily ride to.

Beautiful Home with so many amenities to enjoy.


This home is tucked away in the trees with 3 decks from which to enjoy nature. The décor is very quaint and warm. What a great place to be able to take the whole family. A very nice and quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to bike paths. A very enjoyable ride out to the marina and the stables and just as easy of a ride into the village. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Good set-up for two families


The house was a perfect layout for two families to vacation together. Kids had plenty of room and the living room was very comfortable. If you do a lot of cooking, the kitchen is not well organized and not stocked well with tools, but overall a comfortable stay.
