We welcome you to come visit our piece of paradise!  Be one of the first to stay in our two bed / two bathroom completely remodeled residence, with brand new furniture. Our home sleeps 4 people comfortably.
 
We have the perfect location to use your water toys! Located on a small cove off the intercostal waterway on Lemon Bay you will have access to a 28’private dock with kayak launch nestled in the mangroves. 
 
Our paradise is within walking distance to sleepy downtown Englewood with 10 tasty restaurant options. Or take a 7 minute drive to the beach on Manasota Key with 5 more dining options. Even better take a boat up and down the intercostal waterway where there are numerous restaurant locations. 
 
We are a quick 5 minute boat ride to stumps pass directly to the Gulf of Mexico; if you do not have a boat there are a number of rental places close by to utilize.
If you don’t feel like going out to dinner we have a fully equipped new kitchen and grill for your use.
Kick back and relax in our oversized private pool with a cocktail in hand enjoying the lush landscape.
My wife and I have been looking for a location like this for years and stumbled across it in March, we just completed a full make over, and everything is brand new.

We fell in love with the beauty of Lake Keowee and decided to build here so we could enjoy boating on over 360 miles of shoreline.What makes this Cottage uniqueWe are in close proximity to not only Lake Keowee, but also Lake Jocassee. Our home has two docks; one covered dock to store your boat and one open dock for sunbathing. Our home is in the midst of multiple national, state, and county parks. The quiet cove is a great place for children to swim out of the way of boat traffic.
