The apartment is of the type 4 room duplex with a total area of 64 m2. It offers comfort to 6 people. The ground floor is shown on the bottom part of the floor plan. The living room on the south side has a spacious seating area, a dining table for 6 people and an open kitchen separated with a bar. The living room gives access to a spacious balcony on the south. On the north side of the apartment there is a double bedroom. This is adjacent to the bathroom with bath, sink and bidet. There is also a centrifuge. There is a separate WC. The staircase giving access to the spacious upper floor is shown on the photo at the top right. This staircase leads to a loft that is furnished with a seat and TV. This void is separated from a large bedroom. There are 4 beds (200 × 90) in this bedroom and there is enough cupboard space for your clothes.

 
On the top two photos you can see the wide view from the south balcony over the highest mountain peaks. On the photo left above the top of the Caron in Val Thorens where also the impressive telepherique Cime Caron (3200 m) has its end point. More to the left and much closer you have a view of Les Menuires. The assembly line for the apartment for the apartment brings everyone, from small to large and from young to old, comfortable and free of charge. This ski meadow is ideal for the first steps on the skis or on the snowboard. More to the left and much closer you have a view of Les Menuires.
 
On the photo at the top right you look at the slope of La Masse, oriented towards the east, which means perfect snow conditions until late in the season. 
 
From the bedrooms you can see the parking lot on the north side of the apartment building (see photo below right). There is plenty of free parking here.
