Complete kitchen with all cooking accessories, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops in kitchen and baths. Washer/Dryer, Cable, 3 flat screen TV's w/DVD, stereo,  and Wireless Internet. Walk across the street to the beach or 2 miles from St. Johns Pass and marina. Numerous restaurants, convenience and grocery stores.

Just a few steps away from paradise


We stayed here June 30-July 7. Upon arrival we found the condo to be clean and ready for use. It is decorated very cute to give you that “beach” feeling. The condo itself was in the perfect location...there are several restaurants, ice cream shops, and stores within walking distance, including a grocery store right next door. Of course the best part is the beach access right across the street. It was great that the unit had some beach accessories for visitors to use. The pool seemed clean and well maintained. We even got to see a few dolphins off of the back patio. Loved this location & unit!!! We would definitely use this unit again!!! Thank you for helping us to have a great trip!

This was a perfect place to stay


We were so pleased with the condo and Treasure Island. Great location and views. Large comfortable 1st floor, 2 bed and bath unit. Overlooking the pool and Imtercoastal. Just across the 2 lane road, a wonderful beach that was not overcrowded with people like St. Pete and Clearwater often are No huge skyscrapers and has a low key feel. Almost nostalgic. Will definitely come back! Great owner too. Easy to work with. Can\'t say enough good things.

Perfect Location


This was our fifth time staying in this unit. We again, were not disappointed. The view from the balcony is awesome and we could watch the dolphins from there. In the morning you get breath taking sunrises which you will not forget.The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a most comfortable stay..We highly recommend this unit. Mary from Ohio
