Walk through the front entrance of Reef Tides and you are greeted by a breath-taking view straight from a tropical fantasy. Reef Tides is an elegant and luxurious bungalow-style family villa built around a central elevated patio that becomes the heart of your stay: poolside fun, sunbathing, casual alfresco meals, barbecue cook-outs and cocktails at sundown all happen here. A SENSORY PARADISE
Wherever you go at Reef Tides, the view goes with you. Gaze out to sea from the raised beach-side cabana, a perfect vantage point to keep watch over the kids while swimming or, if you’re lucky, to see a migrating whale in Winter. Hide away with a good book in the thatched tiki hut as delicate butterflies flit by; doze off for a siesta to the sound of hummingbirds in the hibiscus; or get some ‘me time’ in the stone-built artist's studio, tucked away among the palm trees, perfect for yoga or painting.
 
A SWIMMER'S PARADISE
A stroll down the garden path takes you to carved stone steps providing safe and easy access into the ocean and a small tidal sandy beach. Here you can enjoy snorkelling in the pristine waters of the Princess Alexandra Marine Park in a private section of reef protected from boats; you can spot rays, turtles, an array of soft corals and countless colourful small fish.  It's a five-minute amble along the shore, or at high tide an easy wade through knee-high water, to quiet Babalua Beach if you're looking for an all-day stretch of sand.

Four guest bungalows, each one beautifully appointed in a contemporary style and colour-coordinated to the tones of the Caribbean, enjoy ocean views. Mirror-image master suites, in East and West-facing bungalows, have private balconies, perfect for an early morning coffee or a romantic night cap. An exterior staircase takes you down to the fourth suite with its own TV and sitting area.    Rooms all have AC, ceiling fans and provide generous storage.  An additional poolside powder room has a WC and basin.

Fantastic views, direct access to the ocean


We had a really lovely time at Reef Tides, couldn\'t really fault the villa. Very convenient location, close to the airport and Grace Bay. Snorkelling straight from the house, what more could you ask for. Would definitely recommend it.

Reef Tides is the perfect beach getaway! With beautiful interior living spaces dazzling the tropical beauty of Turks and Caicos, lush green gardens and an exclusive white sandy beach- we truly felt like we were in paradise. The ocean views were absolutely breath- taking, I have never seen anything like it! It is in the prime location too- just a 10-minute drive to the airport, Grace Bay and shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend- we are already looking forward to visiting again next year!

Idyllic, serene: near everything - yet secluded.


Exceeded expectations. Incredibly close to airport - and whatever you\'d like to do - yet the house feels as though it\'s islands away from any hubbub. Super peaceful. Loved the open layout and privacy of bedrooms, the cooling onshore breezes, stunning views over the infinity pool, and a short walk down a sloping coral path though the garden to a secluded shore. Felt far from \'the madding crowd\' with instant swimming and snorkeling. The colors of the ocean are surreal and the rooms super comfy. My family is already asking when we can come back: definitely need to return and stay longer next time.

Best Vacation Ever!


We stayed at Reef Tides in the Turks & Caicos for a week and had the most wonderful experience. The house itself is beautiful and built in a \"bungalow\" style, so that each room is its own separate building; when you walk around the property it feels (and looks) like a large resort! The common areas (yes, there are more than one!) are perfect for everyone meeting for meals, drinks, or just looking at the ocean or the huge expanse of stars at night. The kitchen is BIG and fully stocked with cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc. The pool is fantastic--and overlooks the ocean. Oh, yes, the ocean. It is warm; the beach is secluded with WHITE, soft sand and gentle waves. No one else was on the beach the whole week. Reef Tides has a gazebo right on the beach, so we had our coffee there every morning before swimming out only 20 yards to the reef to snorkel! The house is literally minutes from everything you\'d want to see in Providenciales and the airport. Everything was better than advertised!

Reef Tides: The definition of the perfect beach getaway. From the moment you open the door you are mesmerized by the fabulous views. My wife was recovering from health issues; so we were looking for a much needed getaway. RT was the perfect, peaceful place to rest and enjoy ourselves, away from the crowds. We could not have picked a better spot. The house is nestled right on top of a bluff with absolutely the best views weve ever seen. We ate most our meals outside under the covered porch looking over Scoots Reef. The few nights we decided to go out to dinner, we all wished we were back at the home with the cool ocean breeze. Location was perfect. Under 10 minute drive to airport, grocery store and Grace Bay. We can\'t wait to come back!!

One of the best vacations we have ever had! It was such a treat to be able to truly live outdoors all week! The house, pool and grounds were amazing. We had everything we needed here but did manage to get away to see all the amazing things the island has to offer... -Snorkelling tour with Island Vibes -SUP and kayaking with Caicos Cyclery -Shopping at Saltmills -Dinner at Cocovan, Mr Grouper and Magnolia - amazing sunset there! The highlight was being at the house relaxing, swimming, reading - no phones or TV needed! We are so sad to have to leave but look forward to coming back sometime!

Having been to T&C before, we booked Reef Tides knowing that it is in a fantastic location. The villa has unparalleled views over the sea and the reef. The layout is nice and open and the dining & pool area becomes the focal point of daily life. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the sea is within easy reach down through the garden. We enjoyed the luxury of the location, the good standard of the house and the amazing privacy away from tourists on the island. We also witnessed the incredible nature around us: Pelicans, Rays, Hummingbirds & Osprey to name a few. The owners were very friendly and responsive. We cannot recommend Reef Tides highly enough. Hopefully we can return one day...

Reef Tides met all (family of 7) our expectations. We enjoyed our mornings preparing breakfast together in the nicely proportioned kitchen and ended several evening meals poolside. We had a lovely week with perfect weather. Accommodation was perfect and barbecues each night. We were able to see dolphins, sting rays and reef sharks from the balcony. The grandparents came from Sydney and met up with the New Yorkers including 2 young children. Would love to come back.

Bachelorette party of 8 girls had the time of their life. The view from Reef Tides is incredible. Every morning we enjoyed walks on the beach followed by a relaxing day in the pool. The memories we made in this house will last us a lifetime!

Great views from the patio, lots of room to stretch out and really quiet to relax. Bedrooms are private suites and have great AC units to get a good night sleep. Beach is only a few hours a day though because of tide, so you have to drive to get beach time if you want. Great location though and everything was 5 min drive max. The concierge who was there was awesome and helped with things to do and any other help needed. All in would go to Reef Tides again.

This was one of our best family holidays ever, everyone is very sad to leave. We loved having access to the beach from the villa, snorkeling was good although we didnt see an abundance of fish, we did bump into a large ray and go a peak of a lion fish under a rock formation. Coral is very pretty. Here. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, we found everything we needed and more. We liked: Shark Bite, Bugaloos, Danny Buoys, Da Conch Shack The highlight was a visit to Iguana island, perfect beach and full of rays. You are very lucky, the villa is amazing. Thank you.

This villa is absolutely incredible!!


This villa is absolutely incredible!! From the moment we arrived we were in complete astonishment at the amazing view of the ocean just beyond the bliss of the welcoming pool. We spent hours upon hours swimming, splashing and diving into the pool. We barbecued ribs, steaks, chicken, lobster and vegetables on the grill. One of the nights we had a professional chef come on the property and he and his staff prepared a spectacular lobster dinner with coconut shrimp, seasoned potatoes, veggies, accompanied by rum cake and punch. We ate at Bugaloos, Da Conch Shack, Mango Reef and Coconut Grove. We had a blast riding horses through the ocean and on the beach. We took a yacht cruise to the South side and went snorkeling and jet skiing. We shopped, enjoyed countless cigars, indulged in numerous local rum libations and partied at the Fish Fry, Danny Buoys and Versace. A once in a lifetime trip.

Apart from a few minor problems, our stay was as promised in your advertisement. Our time on Turks and Caicos was special. The 6 of us had a fine time, good food and ample drink. So we thank you.
