Description

Our condo is located in the heart of the Ocean Drive section of N. Myrtle Beach. This beautiful three bedroom, three full bath unit has views both North & South from the large balcony.  This beach home has about 1500 sq. ft  and has tiled floors through out the unit. The condo has also freshly painted rooms, with new 5 inch baseboard moldings. The Master & Third bathrooms have new floor to ceiling tiled showers and fully renovated bathrooms with granite counter tops and tiled floors.   
 
The living room has Tommy Bahama sectional seating and the view of the Ocean from the living room is awesome. We have also installed upgraded sliding glass doors. Enjoy the 50 inch Flat Screen TV in the living Room. We have furnished the master bedroom with a nice King-size Tommy Bahama bedroom suite, 40 in Flat Screen TV/DVD player, and a additional Tommy Bahama style King size bed in the second bedroom along with  32 inch Flat Screen, and two Queen size beds in the third bedroom along with a 32 inch Flat Screen TV. All Bedrooms have ceiling Fans for added comfort and additional lighting. Also each bedroom has it's on full bathroom. 
 
This home has 4 Flat screen TV's ranging in size from 32-50 inchs all with several DVD players. All 3 bedrooms have carpet. This unit is well above the average rental unit on the market today. The Tidemaster has a oversize swimming pool that is 8ft deep, unlike most pools that are now just 5ft deep, and is equipped with an automated clorine generator to monitor the pools balance at all times. There is also a kiddie pool for the children, and there is a area for grilling out. We just added a new Trex decking walkway all the way from the building to the beach. The walkway is really nice and has low level lighting for night time use. This 7th floor unit (UNIT # 701)also has free wireless internet service, provided by Contract Data. This unit now has a Key Less entry, so no more losing keys, or waiting for someone else who has the key to come back. The best thing is you never get locked out and have to call the expensive Locksmith to get you back in. 
 
The Tidemaster is located at 517 South Ocean Blvd, in the heart of Ocean Drive in N. Myrtle Beach. We are within walking distance of all the annual SOS events, car shows, and all city events in Ocean Drive. Most of the major restaurants, golf courses, and live shows are within a five minute drive of our home. 
 
The Tidemaster has had renovations on the building and has 2 New High Speed state of the art Elevators, repaved parking lots, outdoor lighting, secured building (you need a code to enter the building) and other upgrades. The grounds have a newly landscaped look and the parking lots are large and convenient. Our property has only 54 units, so the two glass elevators provide for quick service. We have without a doubt the nicer rental units on the beach, and we work hard to provide a quality product. This is a very well maintained unit, and these units book fast, so reserve the week you want, not the week that is left over. Condo was very clean, kitchen well stocked, view was great. The walkway to beach was so nice. Cannot say enough of how accommodating Tommy & Angie were to work with. Will definitely be back soon and rent from them again.

Great time, great view!


This was our second trip to North Myrtle Beach and though the last condo was also oceanfront, this condo was much closer to the beach. It was so nice to have such a short walk to the beach. Being so close made for a much nicer view. We didn\'t have any parking or elevator issues all week. It was great not having to wait in line for the elevator! The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had 5 adults staying and we had plenty of room. Tommy was great about answering the questions I emailed. He always replied quickly and was very pleasant. We plan to book again in the future!

Fantastic condo with a fantastic ocean front view!


This is a very spacious, well-appointed condo! Even though we did not need quite this large a condo, we certainly were comfortable! We were able to spread out, watch tv in separate areas if necessary, have our own bathroom, etc! The beds are wonderful too! The view is fabulous and having the two areas on the balcony was helpful to be able to move in order to avoid sun and enjoy the sun. Also, Tommy Sides was a delight to work with! He was so helpful and prompt in all of the communications we had with him. This was the most restful beach vacation we\'ve ever had! It was such a positive experience. We would love to come back next year and stay in this lovely place again!

Wonderful condo in great area of North Myrtle Beach


We have rented condos from Tommy Sides for over 10 years. He is a pleasure to deal with. This condo if one of our favorites at Tidemaster. There is a large balcony, it\'s an end unit, and the remodeling is top notch. As is typical for rentals from Tommy, the beds are excellent. Try as I might, I can\'t think of any negatives for 701.

Amazing Condo!


Our family had a Wonderful experience with staying at this condo. Furnishings, bedding, kitchen supplies were perfect, keyless entry was also a bonus! The views from the 7th floor balcony were Outstanding! Being a corner unit away from the pool was a plus, nice and quiet for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Thank you Tommy for sharing your beach condo with us, and answering all of my questions via email, as it was our 1st time to Myrtle - but wont be our last!
