$250 Refundable Damage Deposit required for all bookings
During the summer season (Memorial Day weekend 'til mid August) this condo is ONLY available on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday
$250 deposit to reserve unit, with rental amount due 30 days before arrival date.  (90 days in advance for snowbird rentals)
