The home is tailored to offer large groups plenty of space and access to all the activities and amenities necessary to accommodate everyone in your group. Located at the neighborhood south of where Atlantic Boulevard and A1A meet, it is close to great dining, breweries, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, an on the beach splash pad park, and Atlantic Boulevard pier. This spacious home has a beautiful exterior, Florida room, heated salt water pool and jacuzzi, and the perfect common area to entertain large groups.
 
Kitchen- The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and overlooks the large common family room. The kitchen is well stocked with the cookware and tools necessary to prepare food, plates and silverware for maximum occupancy, a blender, coffee maker, Keurig, pots and pans, glassware, plastic ware, dishwasher, and state of the art stainless steel appliances. The formal dining table off the foyer seats 14. There is additional seating in the kitchen; a breakfast bar that seats two and a high top table that seats another 4. Ample seating allows guests to eat and relax with plenty of space.
 
Bedrooms- The bedrooms are perfectly positioned to promote privacy off the common area. The master suite is off the dining room and has a King sized bed. The second guest bedroom has a king sized bed as well. The remaining two bedrooms have queen mattresses. There are two sleep sofas for your convenience. Please note that all mattresses, including sleep sofas, are memory foam.
 
Bathrooms- The master suite has an ensuite bathroom with tub/ shower combo. The bedroom with the King bed has an ensuite bathroom with standing shower. The other two bedrooms share a common area bathroom that sits adjacent from the bedroom off the living room with a standing shower.
 
Exterior- This stunning new construction pool and patio area is the perfect escape. The cabana closest to the home can be closed off with a screen mesh that zips around the unit so it is completely enclosed. The private heated salt water pool is surrounded by a gate and greenery, ample seating for lounging in the sun or enjoying a meal outside. Gas BBQ grill and propane provided.
