The home wraps around a screened in Florida room complete with a large dining table, oversized industrial style fan, a bar cart, and filament bulbs strung throughout. Imagine grilling fresh fish you caught off Atlantic Boulevard Pier under the twinkling lights while you can still feel the ocean breeze. A bike ride to the beach and pier is only a short 10 minutes away. There you will find a splash pad for the kids, ice cream shops, boutiques, and of course golden beaches that stretch for miles. Atlantic Boulevard is less than half a mile away and is home to great restaurants and a brewery. Shopping, movie theaters and restaurants are only two miles north on US 1. Everything you need to make your South Florida vacation complete is within a few miles!
 
Kitchen- Well stocked with cookware and tools necessary to prepare meals, plates and silverware for maximum occupancy, a keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, spices, glassware, plastic ware, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances.
 
Bedrooms- The exquisite master suite has a King sized bed, ensuite bathroom and opens via sliding glass door to the Florida room. The two additional guest rooms are on the opposite end of the home. One has a queen sized bed. The other has 2 full beds and a desk. Both are located next to the second bathroom. A queen sized sleeper sofa and a chaise lounge that are available in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
 
Bathrooms- The master ensuite bathroom is complete with a glass enclosed shower. Guest bathroom has a glass enclosed shower/Tub and entrance to the patio/ pool area.
 
Exterior- The exterior of the home is enclosed by lush landscaping and provides soft grassy areas for little ones to play. The sparkling heated pool and spa gets sun throughout the day. There are pool and beach toys available for your use in addition to beach chairs and an umbrella. Gas BBQ grill and propane provided.
 
Other Amenities- Home has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a two car garage. Cable, and WIFI included.
