Description

This beautiful brand new 4-story custom built Caribbean inspired single family beach house will take your breath away with finest furnishing and amenities. The house is professionally painted and decorated with warm colors and styles yet cool soothing island vibes. The first level welcomes guests through a spacious foyer.  On the 2nd floor you'll be greeted by warm colors of the dining and living rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with GE profile stainless steel French door refrigerator & freezer and other appliances. Two out six furnished decks exist on the 2nd fl. There are two bedrooms on the third floor, each having its own bathroom and a furnished deck with beach & bay view. A spacious laundry room with washer and dryer is also on this floor. The master bedroom is on the fourth floor with a furnished deck and beautiful view of water. Master bath has extended size shower & a vanity,

This house has a private 2- car garage with 18-inch porcelain tile flooring. Each bedroom has flat screen TV mounted onto the wall with cable and remote control.  The family room has 56” flat screen TV. with cable as well. Entertainment system has a DVD/CD player, AM/FM radio and Cable TV. Wireless high speed internet and WiFi available as well.
 
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking & eating utensils, coffee maker, griddle, toaster oven, blender &  dishwasher.   
 
All toilette seats have self-retraction top. Please bring your own linen and paper products.
 
This house is closed to convenience stores, shops, restaurants, bar & grill restaurants, all within 5 minutes walk.
 
There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit and one-third of the rent are required at the time of signing the contract. Second third is due sixty (60) days from the arrival date. Remaining balance is due thirty (30) days from check in date. Reservations made less than 30 days from the arrival date are due in full at the time of signing the contract. Security deposit will be refunded within two (2) weeks from the check out date if there is no damages to the property.  Rent to Families  and group of adults over 25 only, children friendly, and no pets allowed. Sorry no college or high school groups. All inquires must provide cell phone number.

Wonderful property and location in the heart of Ocean City; just a block from the south end of the Boardwalk. Lots going on there. House was ideal for the 7 of us (4 adults and 3 kids). We\'d come back again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic vacation home


I\'d like to thank Christina for our vacation stay in OCMD. Our family and kids loved the beautifully decorated house. The house has everything you need. It\'s proximity to the beach, restaurants and amusement park was perfect. This was an A+++ rental.

Great accommodations w/ easy access to beach


This was our second stay at this home. My wife and I have 5 children 11 to 22. The listing is very accurate. Appliances are modern. Home is clean and well maintained. Interactions via e-mail w/ owner were all handled professionally and in a timely manner. The three level home w/ several decks allowed for quiet time for all. The oversize garage was a big plus as well. My wife & I recommend this property w/o reservation.

Great house and location


Firstly, Christina was very amicable and easy to deal with through the entire process and let us check in a couple hours early and check out a couple hours late. The house is a block from the boardwalk and beach and close to Dollar General, Food Lion and restaurants so a perfect location. We had 6 adults and 2 small kids. There was plenty of room and was very helpful that all 3 bedroooms had their own full bathroom. We used the kitchen each day and it was awesome to have a 2 car garage. I highly recommend Christina and the house for your stay in Ocean City.
