This beautiful holiday home is located in the south of Cape Coral in a quiet yet central residential area. Nearby is a large Publix for shopping.
 
The house has 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms (renovated in spring 2014), a large heated swimming pool and is equipped with every comfort (capsule coffee maker, washing machine, tumble dryer, barbecue). The outdoor area is protected with a mosquito net (no glass).

Great Vacation


We stayed in Cape Coral for 2 weeks, for the first time but not for the first time in Florida. We have seen many new and known things. At Casa Coral Breeze we felt very well, were also received very nice. Can we only recommend it; quiet location with shops within walking distance and many variations of beaches not too far away. We will be back!

we were allowed from 29.04. - 10.05.18 live in the Coral Breeze and we immediately felt very comfortable. Antonella introduced us well and we lacked nothing. The winner was of course the pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The \"Sunshine State\" has once again shown its best side, the weather was just PERFECT. We will be back... Casa Coral Breeze


We spent a week in Cape Coral at Casa Coral Breeze. It is a very nice and well maintained house with a great decor. Publix very close. Sanibel Island and other beaches within easy reach. Recommended restaurant \"Fathoms\" in Cape Harbor ..... Greetings from Switzerland .....

Relaxing holiday


We were like the first time completely satisfied and excited about the house and the care of the Denise! Many Thanks The house is recommended for families, our children 3 and 6 have repeatedly talked about the first memories and of course, the holidays are still up to date! The house is so far everything available, clean and very tastefully decorated. We always recommend you!

Great vacation at Casa Coral Breeze


We spent two weeks at Casa Coral Breeze from May 22nd to June 7th, 2017. We liked it here very much. The house is located in a quiet residential area near a Publix Super Market (unfortunately only the Publix Super Market at Midpoint Center (a little further north) has great fresh meat (eg Filet Mignon) from the bar. The house has a cool pool and nice dining area to eat outside. The kitchen is well equipped (cool fridge ;-)), so we even cooked several times (or grilled). But the other rooms (living room, bedroom, bathroom, etc.) we liked and are fully furnished. In addition, it has in the house various information for trips, shopping, shopping, etc. And missing something, Denise is easily accessible and questions / problems can be quickly answered / resolved. With the existing 4 bikes can also loose (about 20-30 min.) To Boathouse cycle (beach, snacks, food, drinks). By the way, there are also good tennis courts (hardcourts) with tennis leher (Boris!). The house is ideal for 4 adults or parents with up to 4 children (3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms). This was probably not the last time in Cape Coral and we can recommend the Casa Coral Breeze or the diners only best! Hope to see you soon.
