Captain's Quarters is spacious, and very clean. This ground-level condo provides a fabulous view of the beach! The front room is welcoming with its gas fireplace, two recliners and sleeper sofa for two. The private balcony off the master bedroom and bath provides a real treat...to enjoy the surf and waves in the comfort of your own condo. The kitchen has all appliances and conveniences to serve a full meal or a snack, and a table that seats 6-8. The bedrooms are nautically-themed and complete with queen bed, closet, bedside tables and lamps. The bathroom is sparkling clean with a tub and shower for your convenience, and the master bathroom sports it's own large shower. A 'sitting room' marks the entrance, where wet shoes, coats, and towels can be placed, to keep things tidy.
Basic spices: salt/pepper, oil and oil spray, garlic salt, lemon pepper, Italian seasoning, and onion powder. Kitchen also includes crock pot, waffle iron, blender, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, pizza pan, pizza cutter, cutlery, some Tupperware.
This condo is one of ten units in the building, so you will hear footsteps upstairs. It also has Samsung TV and wifi, so the entertainment options are many! Many guests enjoy watching people on the beach, and the occasional vehicle that gets stuck in the sand.
No smoking in the condo or balcony. No pets or companion animals, please. No cooking fresh seafood in the condo...it leaves odors that others to not enjoy :)

It's very easy to step outside and enjoy the ocean air and sights from the convenience of the lawn, downlooking from the bluff to view the tide pools and people on the beach below.
BRING BINOCULARS on your trip! From here, you can watch ships, whales, people, birds, and vehicles stuck in the sand...great fun!
Sleeps 2-8 guests. Please note: our rates are based on two guests, to make this condo affordable for a couple. After two guests, the rate is only an extra $10/person/night, which is still a very competitive rate for larger groups for the easy beach access and central Oregon coast location. When quoting or reserving Captain's Quarters, please put in your correct guest numbers. We are being very open and transparent with you, our guest, and we expect the same treatment in return :)
Our charge for extra guests (more than your reservation is booked for) is only $10/person/night, but if undeclared guests show up, the charge is $20/person/night.
Captain's Quarters is ideally located between the Pacific Ocean and Lincoln City. Drive down the ramp to spin a few doughnuts in the sand or beachcomb for miles in either direction! Walk 1/4 mile to town to enjoy pizza, ice cream cones, Pier 101 seafood, Thai, Chinese or Mexican food and stroll through souvenir and thrift shops.
