Located off a long private driveway on a steep wooded lot, you will feel like you are living in a treehouse. Just a three minute walk from driveway to Homestretch ski trail, the house is easy to ski from and ski to. Be on the slopes in no time and stop by the house for lunch. In early or late season, the house is a short drive to Bear Mountain base and 10 minutes to the Killington base area. Winter views through large picture windows are spectacular with sight-lines to the south, Bear Peak and Skye Peak. The summer is perfect for hiking, and mountain biking. The Skyeship Gondola mid-station access road leads right from the house and leads to mountain biking and hiking trails. Swimming, kayaking, rafting, and golf are all near by. Fall is the time to see the leaves turning color.
Avid skier and love Killington. Frustrated with VRBO adding fee after fee and controlling communication between owners and renters.

house and other information once final payment is received.
Pets: Pets are not
permitted unless pre-arranged. A charge of $300 will be assessed to the renter
if a violation occurs
Smoking: Not Permitted in house A charge of $500 will be assessed to the
renter if a violation occurs.
Occupancy
Limit: If
more than 11 people occupy rental, damage deposit will be forfeited.
Maintenance: Owner is responsible for maintaining the
house, unless damage is caused by renters misuse or neglect. Renter agrees that No rent reduction or
abatement will be given unless house is deemed to be completely
uninhabitable. Renter may not make any
changes to house. Any damages or
defective conditions found upon arrival should be reported
Immediately
to the owner within 24 hours of arrival, otherwise repair costs for any
pre-existing damages may be charged to the deposit
Cleaning Charges: Renter agrees to pay for
any additional cleaning charges beyond normal courteous use. Renter shall clean all dishes cooking
utensils, dishes and glassware prior to departure.
Cancellation & Refund
Policy: Cancellations within 30
days of rental result in forfeiture of all monies. There is NO refund for early departures.
