Jacksonvilla is located in the heart of the award winning, family friendly, Glenbrook Resort, just off the US27, 9mls from Disney. Occupying one of the best lots in Glenbrook, next to the Clubhouse, only Jacksonvilla can make this boast. Our guests continue to benefit from the free Clubhouse amenities and it continues to be very popular with adult, family and golfing groups alike. We offer a pack'n'play, highchair and stroller.
 
At 3000sqft, Jacksonvilla is also one of the largest in Glenbrook Resort. Our luxury villa features a very private pool/spa (not overlooked) and a private games room with pool, airhockey and darts. 
 
As you would expect, we are fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped for in home cooking and with the Florida sunshine there's nothing better than eating by the pool and simply enjoying time by the pool/spa. We offer free use of our large BBQ (4 burner + side burner).
 
There are a wide range of local supermarkets and restaurants and a wide range of golf courses.

Downstairs - Front living room. With a 3 and 2 seater settee and formal dining - table and chairs for 8.
The rear living area incorporates a fully equipped kitchen, an eating area (table and 6 chairs), and a lounge with TV,DVD/VHS. For a more full description please check our website.
There is a large master bedroom with access to the pool area. It includes a king size bed and a large ensuite with his/her sinks, Jucuzzi bath, large walk-in shower and seperate WC room.
Also down stairs we have a queen bedroom with a bathroom right outside (large walk-in shower).
There is a fully equipped utility room with a large washer and dryer. This leads to the garage/gamesroom.
The upstairs accommodation includes a tastefully decorated queen bedroom with ensuire bathroom. Also upstairs are three twin bedrooms. 
All bedrooms are equipped with walk in closets and furniture. All bedrooms have clocks and bedside lights.

After golfing on some of the local Florida courses I am seriously considering taking it up.Mike purchased this Villa in 2008Why Mike chose Glenbrook ResortAfter checking out a number of luxury properties which had been shortlisted by my realtor, I decided on Jacksonvilla. I knew, for renting, the villa needed to be within 15mins of Disney and it met that criteria. As we drove into Glenbrook Resort my immediate impression was how well the resort was presented. Glenbrook is an award winning Resort and very worthy of that award. On arriving at the villa it became obvious that the location beside the Clubhouse would be perfect not only for our family but for renting to our guests. I called my family back home to discuss and they poured over the many photos I had taken of all the villas. Jacksonvilla got a unamimous vote from all the family as the preferred location. I loved the location beside theClubhouse and this was something no other properties could offer. On inspection of the villa the 3000sqft size really impressed me and the very private and pleasant outlook from the pool area convinced me this was the one.

We went down from New York with our Family of 13 and there was so much space. The private pool was a huge hit. Having the corner property was another advantage, it felt like the community pool was ours. Very quiet block. Very clean house. Very well maintained. Def will be back. Great experience and wonderful memories!! Thank you

Jackson-Villa Perfect Vacation Rental Villa for Large Family


Our family of 7, 4 adults and 3 children, recently spent a week\'s vacation at the Jackson-Villa located in the Glenbrook Resort, close to the Theme Parks. The Villa provided plenty of space and a variety of amenities for a large family. The kids enjoyed having their own TV in their own room and everybody enjoyed the swimming pool. WiFi was a big plus as it allowed everyone to have their own activities. The place is very clean, nicely furnished and very well maintained. The owner provided all the required information to get the house and find everything we needed close by. We would definitely go back and recommend the Villa to our friends.

Great Vacation Villa


This property is situated in a quiet Cul-De-Sac (off US highway 27) next to the residents clubhouse. Many of the owners of neighbouring properties live there all year making it quieter than normal holiday villa complexes. This makes it ideal to relax in the pool after hitting the parks. You are free to use the clubhouse facilities which boost a large pool, as well as a fitness room, video room and the use of a computer and printer. The property is bright and spacious. All rooms have lovely dcor with good quality furnishings. The property is well maintained. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer and cooker and is equipped with a large range of utensils. There are a number of supermarkets (Walmart, Publix) and restaurants nearby. Bruce who manages the property on behalf of the owners is on hand and nothing is too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend this villa as we have had a great time and didn\'t want to leave.

Great Place!


We are a group of eight golfers from Ontario who venture to the Orlando area each fall for one last \"golf your brains out\" week before retiring from the game until the next Canadian spring allows for yet another season. We are returning renters of Jacksonvilla which in itself says something about the level of satisfaction we have with this accommodation. The house is well appointed, centrally located and fits our needs to a \"tee\"! The house\'s owner, Michael, is very accommodating to deal with as is his property management \"guy\" who deals with your every need on a very timely basis. Great place, great price!
