Had a great time, excellent location. Hallandale is close to everything,and has a good beach.


I can recommend this condo.The owners were very nice, helpful and accommodating. They responded to any of our questions or needs very quickly. It is as spacious as the photos show,having 2 large almost equal size bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped if you do plan to cook. The building is right on Hallendale Beach, and we liked to sit on the balcony in the morning watching the sunrise,though the view from the condo itself is a little more limited. The owners have brought in new living room furniture, which is very posh. White leather electric couches and chairs that are adjustable. Very relaxing!They also put in new patio furniture on the balcony.The unit is in one of the better buildings in Hallendale and is about 15-20years old. There is very good security in the building and it seems to be very well maintained. The entrance to the building is nice, there is a large pool and there is a tennis court, which we played on a few times. Value is on par for the area and for that building. We did meet some people who we know that were staying there privately at another unit and told us we were paying the going rate.We went at peak season, last 10 days of January, till the end of the 3rd week of February.

More then met our expectations


We\'ve rented plenty of condos and this has to be one of our top choices so far. Clean, quiet, and ideally located only a few minutes from restaurants, shops, walmart, publix. The property owners are top notch , always willing to answer any questions you may have, very responsive, and extremely friendly... they\'re good people! If you\'re looking for somewhere to stay in the sunny isle- Hallandale area, stop looking and book this condo now. As much as no one likes to cook on vacation, you will find all you need in a fully equipped kitchen, even a juicer. It is very handy to have the washer and dryer in the unit. The pool is very quiet and well maintained , the beach is also just a couple seconds away. Enjoy Florida:) we will be back.
