Our villa is modern style furnished, has everything you would expect in a holiday home, 4 bedrooms, 2 with king-size beds, 1 with single bed´s, 1 with triple bunk bed all with private TV. 2 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen, etc. with ceran stove, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum etc. bed linen, hand and bath towels are plentiful. After an exciting day in the parks, shopping, etc. Relax on the terrace and pool area on sun beds and chairs, Entertainment in the living room with '65' Sony Bravia LCD TV with cinema surround sound, BlueRay/DVD/CD/MP3 player, DVD's, (Bring your favorite BlueRay/DVD's !) Wii console with games and accessories. Games room ( billiards, air hockey, darts, table tennis, various board games ), computer with printer/fax/scanner, BlueRay/DVD/CD/MP3 player, webcam, wireless LAN for free internet access with your own laptop. Private Pool 3 x 9 meters.

Orlando and Kissimmee are the heart of Florida among the most popular holiday destinations in the U.S. Our house is in Kissimmee in the community 'Windward Cay', beautifully situated on the edge of a forest, only 6 miles to Disneyland! More than 20 themparks and other attractions are located in the vicinity. The villa is minutes from the legendary Highway 192 and International Drive with all its many attractions. Disney World is 10 minutes away, 10 to 30 minutes Universal Studios, MGM Studios, Sea World, Aquatica, Wet 'n Wild, Legoland and all other topics and water parks, also Downtown Orlando and Church Street Station with discos, clubs, bars and restaurants and many shopping malls and outlets. The nearest beaches, Kennedy Space Center, “Bush Gardens” Tampa, white sand beaches in Clearwater Beach, St. Petersburg, etc. on the Gulf of Meixco is less than 60 minutes away. The nearest supermarket, Wal-Mart Superstore is by car in two minutes and is open 24 hours.

Home Away From Home


We Loved this home. This is the best vacation home!! It is wonderfully themed and has everything you would need!! We went down for a week and had 3 small children and they could have cared less if we went anywhere. They loved the game systems, air hockey table and the pool. They loved the kids room. My husband loved the surround sound in the living room and the grill outside. I myself loved the master bath and kitchen. It had everything we could think of and didn't thing of bringing!!!.

Kissimmee Home


If you are looking for a place to stay in Kissimmee, this is the home for you. For your money, you will not get a better property than this. It is clean, comfortable & had everything we needed for our vacation.The pool was a godsend. It got hot while we were there & that was where we spent most of our time. It was only my wife & me & we relaxed for 10 days & enjoyed our home away from home. We had a couple of minor issues that arose but were dealt with within hours. I would reccommend this home to anyone. If you have children, this place is perfect. The home had toys, floaties for the pool, & 2 bedrooms decorated for the kids. TV's in every room, a sound stereo, books to read, it had everyting. Thank you David for making me feel like I had the comforts of home while on vacation. We only used the master bedroom, bed & pillows were etremely comfortable.

great spring-break house


The house was very nice and the kids enjoyed the pool and the game room very much. It was a very pretty house with lots of things to do. Only problem all the movies were in German which we couldn'nt watch but there was a big selection to choose from.
