If you choose this Island Breeze property for your next rental, you’ll be just steps from Crescent Beach on the Atlantic Ocean. This fantastic location in the St. Augustine Beach area is close to everything you might require during your incredible, eventful, and relaxing vacation including restaurants and shopping.
 
Island Breeze is a three bedroom, three bathroom, air conditioned property that can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. Upon arrival, you will notice a large driveway for recreation or parking, fenced in the lawn for privacy, and an under-house carport area that can be used for outdoor activities should you encounter any rainy days.
 
If you walk around the back of the house, you will notice a screened in porch, and large, well-maintained lawn, perfect for any recreational activities you may want to enjoy. The screened in porch is equipped with any furniture you might require, and the lovely shade of blue will assist you in total relaxation. The porch includes a full dinner table for enjoying meals al fresco.
 
After checking out the outside of the property, you will walk in the front door to see a beautifully decorated living room with a large flat screen tv and fireplace for a cozy night of movies, comfortable, plush leather recliners and a sofa, and a table with a built in chess board for our strategically minded visitors. The bookshelves and walls are tastefully filled with decorative touches so you’ll feel right at home. The living room is spacious enough that your whole family can enjoy a cozy night in. A beautiful area rug ties the entire room together.
 
The kitchen is fully stocked with any tools you might need for a dinner inside the house, with the gorgeous stainless steel appliances, and an expansive island for preparation and banquet style service. A very beautiful hardwood dining room table looks out onto the screened in porch. The lighting in this area is perfect, with beautiful fixtures positioned throughout.
 
The open living style of the downstairs area makes sure your friends and family stay connected no matter what activity everyone is doing. This also allows for a stress-free dining experience and a very easy access to a cold beverage for everyone! The big open kitchen is a great area to test out any new recipes or an old favorite. All of the utensils and service ware are available for an incredible dining experience. You just need to supply the groceries.
 
The master bedroom is spacious and luxurious, with a subtle tropical and nautical theme. Two over-the-bed lighting fixtures provide just the right level of light for reading, relaxing, or catching a nap. The bed is perfect for having an excellent night of sleep before your next big vacation adventure.
 
A master bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, so you can enjoy a luxurious shower without leaving the comfort of your own room. The full sized shower provides an extremely comfortable shower experience. The large double sink means two people can get ready quickly for a fantastic day.
 
The second bedroom has two extremely comfortable twin sized beds, overhead lighting with ceiling fan, and drawers for storage. The decor here is also tastefully nautical, and there is a bedside lamp for late night reading. This would make a fantastic room for any children you may be bringing, or for the younger adults.
 
The second bathroom features a combination bath tub and shower, along with a beautifully lit, large vanity so you can get ready for the day with confidence and speed.
 
The third bedroom is located downstairs. With a beautifully serene color scheme, it is the perfect room to relax mid day, and the window by the bed will make waking up with the sun incredibly delightful. It is equipped with its own flat screen TV and private full sized bathroom, with combination bath tub and shower.
 
This house is also equipped with a private modern washer and dryer, so you can pack just the clothes you need, and not have to worry about getting them dirty while playing in the yard. The laundry room has plenty of space to sort and fold, and a beautiful view from the windows to enjoy.

Beautiful beach house getaway!


We stayed at this beach house for 3 nights in April 2017, and we were sad to leave! It\'s in a quiet neighborhood 2 blocks from the beach. There is beach access to drive your car on the beach 5 blocks away. The neighbors were friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to eat dinner locally. We walked our dogs along the inter-coastal every night, which is also just 2 blocks away through the neighborhood. The yard has been fenced in recently, which was a nice surprise since we were traveling with our 4 legged companions. The house is stocked with basic amenities and looks to have also been recently renovated with all new appliances and décor. Our master bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture. There are restaurants 1 mile north near St. Augustine Beach, as well as shopping and groceries. Note that this home is located on Brevard St, not 13th Ave, which is about 2 miles away as indicated on the Home Away app. I would suggest this house for couples, small families, and people traveling with their pets who are looking for a relaxing getaway.
