Michael and I live in South Orange County. I am a California native. Michael was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. We are now empty nesters. Our two sons, Austin, and Clayton are both students at USC. Michael is a business consultant specializing in construction management and has been on the AOAO at Waikoloa Beach Villas since 2010. I have been in Real Estate since 2001 and am also an executive distributor with Young Living. We love the Big Island and visit 2-3 times each year. Come and visit the Big Island. Paradise from start to finish


This home was perfect. I instantly felt at home and ready to relax and enjoy my time on the Big Island. Loved the proximity to the beach and of course the shops nearby. The lanais had great views of the golf course and sunsets. The Villa was spacious and clean. The air conditioner worked perfectly and the kitchen had every appliance needed. New over-sized washer and dryer made it effortless to keep beach towels and other laundry clean. Michelle was extremely helpful with any questions that I had. I was happy with everything and would definitely stay here again.

Ease and grace


From the moment I arrived I knew it would be a great stay. Every possible amenity was in place. The kitchen was properly equipped ( I love cooking island fresh foods and creating delicious dishes sourced from the local market and farmers market right around the corner). All the beds were luxurious and comfy, and the towels were fresh and new. We enjoy the beach and the garage was fully stocked with chairs, coolers, and toys. I always mix a little business with my vacation and the high speed internet was reliable. After a long day on the beach we came home to a quick dip in the pool, and the nicely chilled house made getting ready for our night out at Lava Lava Beach Club -just down the street- very relaxing. (Friday’s are my favorite night at Lave Lava because Nino does such a great job playing and singing beautiful Hawaiian music). Sitting under the tiki torches was amazing we watched the sun set over the ocean. This place was worth every penny. We have tried others... nothing compares to this beautiful condo. Don’t settle. Michelle is so attentive to details and prides herself in providing the best of everything. First class all the way!

Island Paradise ! Beautifully designed!


I highly recommend this island paradise. The owners are very nice and helpful. Their home is beautifully designed throughout. The lanai\'s are inviting with a spacious lounge area and an outdoor kitchen area with BBQ. They overlook the golf course, so serene and relaxing. After an amazing nights sleep on the super comfortable beds, enjoyed morning coffee out on the upper lanai, off the master bedroom, watching the golfers. An extra perk, a special rate for golf is provided with your stay. Their place is a perfect location, close to beaches, fine restaurants and the Queen and King Marketplace\'s for shopping. They provide a garage with all the beach gear (snorkel sets, boogie boards and beach chairs) to pack up for a day trip or a walk to the bay close by. We love the gorgeous pools, whether morning, day or night, you can always fit in a swim. Staying here several times, why look anywhere else, when you found the perfect place!

Family vacation in August


My family and I stayed here in August, the home is beautifully decorated , very comfortable, a nice quiet area. We had planned excursions in Kona and Kahalo and the location couldn’t have been better. We were also very happy with the nearby mall that offered a variety of places to eat and shop. The pool was also gorgeous and inviting! I would definitely recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is very nice and the community is clean, quiet, and safe.


The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Beautiful kitchen, cooking supplies, outside BBQ, patios with golf course views, with clean rooms and bathrooms. The community has a couple of nice shopping centers within walking distance. The garage has all the chairs, snorkling equipment, and toys needed to enjoy the beach. The community is nice to take walks and enjoy the scenery.
