Description

My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. Location ( 30 seconds to the Killington Access Rd. with restaurants, shops, and lounges. Car several minutes /or Free LeBus to Killington Mtr. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big single and mixed groups. I will REDUCE YOUR RATE if you have 10 or less. We offer free early check in and late check out. If you take a 3 night weekend I will consider A WEEKEND DISCOUNT.

Building Renters Responsibilities:
1. Paper Products-Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Tissues, Paper Plates, Plastic Utensils, or Plastic Cups are not provided. The kitchen is very well and readily equipped with permanent plates, utensils, and numerous pots and pans.
2. Trash Bags: recommended heavy duty for dumpster.
3. Toilets-
Toilet Paper [Country Plumbing] Product Only, NO FEMININE PRODUCTS, NO PAPER TOWELS, NO CLOTH OR OTHER HEAVY PAPER PRODUCTS, NO OTHER TYPES OF FOREIGN OBJECTS, Otherwise Drain Pipe Jams or Septic System fails due to blockage and Service Calls for negligence are renters responsibility.
4. Soap Products-Dishwasher, Dish Soaps, Personnel Usage Soaps are Renters Responsibility
 
Additionally:
*Linens & Towels are Optional Purchases:
- i.e. Bed Linens [$10/Bed], Towels [$10/each]
*Bed Spread Stains- U are responsible for cost of professionally cleaning, removal or replacement sets.
 
The cleaning fees include house cleaning and one of the following (the hot tub or the swimming pool). If you choose and request the 2nd option the hot tub or swimming pool in addition, there is an extra charge for its cleaning and chemical checks, a total of $200 additional dollars.
*Non Smoking Premises [Vermont St. Law]: should burn damage resulting from smoking, responsible for repair costs is renters responsibility.
*Illegal Drug Usage-Owner isn't responsible, its a State Law Violation Renter's responsibility
*Fireplaces-LP Gas--any foreign objects placed within burner due to tenants by-passing designed bolted with screw locked glass door is a safety violation & all damages are the renters responsibility. The system can explode, and or be broken.
 
*Pool Table-Do Not Move or Alter Position; will damage internal 1-in. SLATE 3 pieces that are professionally set with joints that separate. Result is a service call and repair of the table including the frame being reset, repaired, resurfaced,and adjusted to the cost of approximately $500-$950. The bill cost to restore the table will be the renters responsibility.
 
Other things to note
Sheets and towels are not included with the rental fees. They are optional. The sheets and towels are a slight additional charge of $10 for sheets per bed and $10 per person for towels. Tenants can take the option for one or both (or just the sheets or just towels). For your comfort the heavy weight bed products such as pillows, blankets, mattress covers, and comforters are all included and on the beds.

We are a married couple of 34 years with 2 wonderful children ages 24 and 16. We also have a great companion and protectorour Jada 9.4 ounce dog. We have been renting our ski houses (3) in KIllington for 24 years. Started theses rentals as a skiing family and unfortunately I could not ski any longer due to a work related accident ( not ) skiing. Forced to retire from my teaching /guidance counceling job I decided to buand a 5th home in Killington to keep me busy and have a 2nd job in which I could enjoy skiing while my family skied, thru you (my renters) enjoying our houses for there vacation. Fun and funky ski chalet, perfect for groups to hang out after a long day on the slopes! Hot tub was fantastic for the sore legs and you could always shoot a round of pool or hang out in front of the fire place. The place was very clean and the we found the dated furnishings fun and retro.
