My family and I had a wonderful time! The house and the property were beautiful. Pal is an excellent house manager always immediately available and Kevin was a pleasure to rent from. The layout of the house is great, the separation of the three master bedrooms was apreecuated. The landscaping around the property is just beautiful and very well tended to. The only small negative for us was the pool was on the small side but this would not deter me from renting this house again. Thanks again Kevin and Pal for a great stay!
Home was very clean and had everything we needed. Having a bath for each bed was great. We really enjoyed our stay, We felt at home right away.
Our family loved this place! From the time we walked in the door we felt at home! We were there for a very short weekend and I wish we would have found this place for the kids Spring Break. We will definitely be back and for a much longer stay. Beautiful... Quiet... Relaxing!
The property was clean and beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked and provided everything we needed to cook dinners at home. We all loved the pool and the lanai. The house was very comfortable, airy and bright. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and bikes provided. Thanks for a great week!

This was our second visit to Cape Casa and it did not disappoint. Updates to the home and yard were well done. We love the location as it is convenient to Sanibel and Captiva yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We will be back!!!
From the curb appeal to the warm heated pool this is the most well kept house We have ever rented . The freshly painted exterior and the manicured landscaping make you think your at a 5 Star ?? resort . The whole back side of the house opens up to the pool and canel with trex boat dock .The home feels like the owners just left and we moved in. It literally has everything you need from the arrival gift package (surprise) to coolers ,fishing poles , wine glasses , firm beds ,to great linens and towels ! Also if you want your privacy the house is situated where you never see your neighbors. Also most houses that we have rented have old TVs , this house has a new flat screen in each bedroom and one out side on the screened in pool area ! If your into cooking or grilling they have everything from shap knifes and cutting boards to large coffee cups for the coffee maker and new pots and pans . Kevin the owner and Pal the property manger are exceptional people to work with. Thanks for a great time your lovely house a Kevin, until the next time.
We enjoyed our stay! Kevin and Pal were both great to work with. The home is furnished with wonderful leather furniture and a large screen TV in the living area, beautiful kitchen and two dining areas. The beds were all very comfortable and all had nice linens. This house has lots of extras including bicycles, extra coolers, beach towels to spices in the cupboard. You can certainly tell that the homeowner wants his guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. We will definitely stay here again!

This beautiful house enabled my husband & I along with 2 adult children with spouses AND a toddler granddaughter to experience a fun & relaxing long weekend. Everyone could be as active - fishing, swimming, or bicycling - or lounging as they liked. Couldn\'t have been more perfect! Thanks, Kevin :)
House was amazing. Had myself and 4 children ages 10 to 14. The 3 bedroom layout with each having it\'s own bathroom was perfect. Wide open kitchen layout made for creating easy meals! Enjoyed just relaxing by the pool and fishing in the canal. Highly recommend this property. Pal the property manager was wonderful as well. He greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a quick tour of the property. We had an issue with the WiFi and Pal had us up and running within an hour. Thanks, Ryan
My husband and I have rented thru many times but this rental was the BEST. The property manager, Pal, and owner, Kevin made the whole rental process very easy. The property is well maintained and although convenient to Sanibel, Fort Meyers and Captiva ( be sure to visit The Bubble Room) you feel far removed from all the traffic and hustle and bustle. The home is very relaxing and in a neighborhood that is bicycle and walking friendly. All in all, our visit was OUTSTANDING!!!
Our weekend stay at your beautiful home was delightful. As per other reviews, it is well equipped and very clean, lovely pool. Pal was so helpful, even down to providing a high chair for our littlest traveler. The only suggested improvement would be to allow for lower air conditioner settings during hot months. Look very much forward to another trip to this lovely property with excellent management.
We can\'t explain how fortunate we were to find this wonderful home to rent. Located in an area where you could enjoy the pool and quiet of you surrounding or go to the numerous beaches or parks close by. As for restaurants, there is a wide variety of restaurants in close proximity to the home. Everything you could need is available in the home. Bicycles and fishing equipment were in the garage. There was an abundance of cookware and utensils. There were tv\'s in all the rooms and outside by the pool. We really couldn\'t have asked for a nicer setting. Pal Turner the property manager was readily available to assist us with questions we had.
The house is beautiful, the pool and view of the water were a plus. Plenty of outdoor spaces and sitting areas. Very comfortable indoor living spaces as well. We felt very at home. The kitchen has everything you need to bake and cook all types of meals. We brought our own bikes, but Kevin already had several bikes ready to be used. We were welcomed with a nice basket full of delicious goodies, drinks and wine. A very thoughtful touch. And before we left, Kevin made sure we took few mangos from his tree with us. We got to meet Pal who was very helpful and attentive. We had a great time and it was a pleasure every time we spoke to Kevin and Pal.
My husband and I, along with 2 other couples traveled from Harrisburg, PA to Cape Coral to attend a friend\'s wedding. Rather than staying in a hotel, we decided to rent a home so that we could all be together and feel more at home. We made an excellent choice! This home is immaculate and the owner and property manager thought of everything, It\'s evident that Kevin takes pride in his well-maintained property and Pal could not have been more accommodating. The home was immaculate, even better than the pictures. The home is so well designed and beautifully decorated we didn\'t want to leave. Pal and Kevin have thought of everything, Being Florida residents we expected that it would be much too hot in the month of MAY to spend much time on the lanai, ....wrong.. with the constant sea breeze and all those wonderful ceiling fans we didn\'t even need to run the AC during the day, just opened up the sliders and let all that wonderful tropical breeze inside. We would recommend this home to anyone.
There is a reason why this house has received 5 stars. It is amazing. I loved the set -up and comfort of Kevin\'s home. It is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The outside area is just as beautiful. Loved having my coffee down on the newly renovated dock. We ate all our meals outside. Another great feature was when the sliding glass doors opened, it exposed the entire living area. It was like living outside. This house is fabulous. Kevin was always available from the time I booked until I arrived. A perfect host. His property manager Pal was there to help us with anything we needed. There were fresh flowers, a few snacks, a bottle of wine, and a personal note. I can\'t say enough about this house. Everything was perfect. When booking Kevin said I wouldn\'t be disappointed. He was correct. Thank you for opening your home to me and my family.
Cape Casa is the perfect place to stay if you\'re looking for a home-away-from-home feel while you\'re visiting Florida. We had two adults and two 12 year old boys who thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We fished off the dock and relaxed. Fort Meyers Beach, Sanibell and so many other wonderful locations are close by. Kevin and Pal thought of everything to make the stay complete, including a few extras. Just a wonderful home!
This was our second stay here at Cape Casa. Just like our first stay at this beautiful home, everything was immaculate and well appointed. Wonderful home to stay in with our two teens, good fishing right in the canal, nice pool/lanai, perfect location close to Sanibel and Ft. Myers, and all the supplies you need to enjoy the beaches. The owner Kevin, and property manager Pal, are both wonderful to deal with. Everything you need for an enjoyable vacation is right here. Our family is looking forward to our next stay!
we loved our stay at the Cape Casa House. There were 3 couples in our group and the set up of having a bathroom in each bedroom was exactly what we were looking for, and would definitely return to this property. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. Much to our delight we were able to use the pool as well during our visit over the holidays. There were plenty of great restaurants in the area and the house is situated in a very nice neighborhood.
We can not say enough about how much we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cape Coral and especially at The Cape Casa house. This is an absolutely beautiful home. It will fulfill your every need and want. The property manager, Pal was great and went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. The owner, Kevin is wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. We are in the process of making our travel plans to return to Cape Coral in May and will definitely be booking the Cape Coral house again. Can,t wait to be back in Cape Coral and at Cape Casa!
\"Cape Casa\" is absolutely wonderful. This home is clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything your family needs to be comfortable. We love being able to fish right off the dock and the kids (12 & 13) love the pool! Palaco Grande is a lovely area and you are so close to all kinds of beautiful places, like Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. The property owner (Kevin), and the property manager (Pal), were great to work with. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back!

A truly amazing property cannot say enough good things about \"Cape Casa\" and its owner! The cleanliness was impeccable, the layout and decor spot on. The screened in pool, lanai with sliding glass doors connecting the living room, and kitchen with the back patio is truly top notch along with spectacular landscape, nicely lit. A dock that runs the width of the house, comfy lounge chairs and cooler stocked with sodas, adult beverages and sparking water. A Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom big walk in shower stall and very comfortable beds. A bottle of Merlot (2010 good year) when we arrived what more can I say besides Kevin\'s friends over at Paradise Boat Rentals took care of getting us out on the water. A top notch operation. I will surely recommend this property to friends and family and looking forward to returning for more than a long weekend. All the best-Rob V.
This property makes for a perfect vacation sanctuary. It has all of the things that you could want in a vacation place--location, view, comfort, premium finishes, and every imaginable amenity. We couldn\'t have asked for anything more. The owner and property manager went the extra mile to make sure that we had everything we needed to make our vacation perfect. There is so much to do in the area--Sanibel, Ft. Myers, and Captiva--we plan to make this an annual excursion.
Home was well appointed and clean. We enjoyed the pool and watching boats drive by. Visiting Sanibel Island and Bonita Beach a must. Also enjoyed the restaurant Pinchers in Fort Meyers. Kevin and Pal were great and very helpful. We would recommend this home to anyone seeking a quiet calm vacation.

We vacation in Florida no less than twice a year, and by far this is the best place that we have stayed. Every thing you need is right close by, and this home is just as it is shown. When we saw the photos and listing description of this home, I thought this is where we want to spend our vacation. This beautiful, comfortable home met all our expectations. The lanai is a place where you never want to leave. Floating in the heated pool, while looking out at the beautiful landscaping surrounding this home, was so fun and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch that overlooks the canal watching boats go by and even tried some fishing. We also had a turkey duck and her six baby ducklings come by for a visit. Our time went by too quickly but we left with many happy memories and highly recommend this property to all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cape Casa! The home is very lovely and clean. It is nice to have a pool and also be on the canal. We spent many hours sitting on the dock by the water. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is great, and we really enjoyed opening the sliding doors from the living room to the screened in pool area. We will be back again next year!
We rented this property for the month of February, 2012. What a great place. The pictures don\'t do it justice. The house is large, super clean and modern! The owner (Kevin) takes very good care of this place, inside and out. Kitchen was great and when you open all the sliding doors to the patio, the place becomes HUGE and great for entertainment. Kevin and Pal (property manager) were always available when needed (but we did not need much because the place has everything). We were fortunate enough to have wonderful weather which just enhance the experience.
Lovely place with great rear garden and dock for fishing from.bikes well used in the morning for popping up to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast!BBQ well used when to tired to go out to one of the many restaurants around.Recommend Rib City (if you like ribs) and Annie\'s for breakfast.All very good and would love to return in the not too distant future.
We had a great trip. House just exactly as in the photos. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms perfect for 3 couples. Owner and Pal responsive to requests. Only feedback would be a review of kitchenware and utensils - would benefit from a few chopping boards, extra dishes, utensils etc. However did not detract from what was an excellent vacation.
This is the 3rd year my sister and I have rented this house and every year it gets better. The lawn is absolutely gorgeous - like walking on velvet. We always go in the offseason and love the quiet. One day I was floating in the pool and all you could hear was the wind in the trees and the birds singing - it was glorious. I could just feel the stress falling away! We definitely plan to go back next year and for many years to come!
I wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone. The location is excellent, it is a short drive to shopping, restaurants and great beaches yet while you are there it is very relaxing and peaceful. The home is very well maintained with many modern upgrades and everything you need for day to day living is supplied. We spent many hours on the lanai and dock area, it is nicely set up. The property manager Pal is very nice and quickly takes care of any minor problems. If our vacation plans ever have us returning to the Cape Coral area, we would love to stay at this home again.
What a beautiful house! This house was everything you see in the pictures & video and more. We enjoyed our stay we wish it could have been longer. It was so quite sitting out on the Lani and down by the canal (my two favorite places to sit and enjoy it all). Kevin and Pal are so nice to work with, they do go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. We highly recommend this property, it is very well maintained and clean. This house is very well situated if you are boating, open water less than 10mins away. We enjoyed our stay here, especially the pool and barbecue area. The kids enjoyed fishing off the deck and catching lizards. Having the boat allows you to explore the beaches and \"picnic island\" only accessible by boat. The house has every amenity you could need from coolers to beach chairs and great air-conditioning. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The neighborhood is very friendly. If you have kids this is the way to go, say goodbye to hotel rooms! Kevin is very pleasant and accommodating, very easy to deal with. My only negative would be the mango tree outside was in season and so many strangers parked in the driveway to pick the fruit, I didn\'t care that they took the mangoes, I was more concerned about my kids out on the bikes and the cars. Overall, a nice house and a relaxing vacation!
What a great place to spend our vacation. Kevin and Pal go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This home is very well maintained and clean all you need to bring is you. The neighborhood is friendly and ther are special walking paths in the roadways. We can\'t say enough about our stay here. We have already booked the last two weeks of March 2013. We stayed at this lovely home in January 2012 and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The weather was in the perfect mid 70\'s. Enjoyed lots of terrific local restaurants but because the BBQ and deck were so comfortable, we ended eating in most nights. We also enjoyed the use of the bicycles, ice chest, Wifi, and maps and local brochures of things to see. Great friendly area to vacation in.
After vacationing in this home for a week I doubt if I\'ll ever be vacationing in a hotel again. You get soooo much more in this home in particular. Every bedroom has its own bath and TV, the kitchen has everything you need just like your home, and you can park your car in the garage and use everything in the garage such as the bikes and coolers and fishing polls!!! Perfect if you are flying in and renting a car because you can\'t bring all the stuff you want to bring on the plane. The large family room opens up to the screened in lanai with grill and heated pool. If you have children you won\'t even have to leave the house to keep them busy. The landscaping is absolutely stunning. You can shake the orange tree, gather up the oranges and have fresh orange juice (juicer provided) every morning. On a scale of 1-10, this is a 10.
The pictures were very nice and that is what sold us ,but what we found when we walked thru the front door was WAY more then we ever thought we would find in a rental house !!!! This place looks and feels like a 5 *****resort. Obviously Kevin the owner, and Pal the property manager know what it takes to give you a very upscale place to stay. Will we be back ? Yes !!!!! We already have our months on the calendar.Take advantage of the boat rental ... what a great time that was seeing manatees and dolphins in the wild.
My sister and I have rented this property for the last two years and have already reserved it for our 2012 vacation. The house is lovely with all of the amenities that you need. To be perfectly honest, however, we spend most of our time outside. We grew up in Alabama in a home with a screened in porch and now neither of has a good outdoor living area. Therefore, we love the wonderful outdoor room in this house. It has a very comfortable sitting area along with a TV. There are lovely lights surrounding the pool at night and it is so relaxing to just read and listen to the wonderful night sounds or take a quick midnight swim! We highly recommend this property for single people or a family. I am looking forward to bringing my grandchildren sometime. They will love it as much as we do!
Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I stayed at this home September 2011. We\'ve stayed in many properties throughout the U.S. and this home ranks at the top. Everything about this home is spectacular; the view, the decor, the lanai (love the tv on the lanai), the pool, the walk-in shower and best of all very comfortable beds. Its also close to everything. We will definitely be back. Thanks for making our vacation one of the best ever!
This home has everything you want on vacation: comfortable accommodations, fully stocked kitchen, on the canal, with a pool and lanai, in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood, close to every point of interest you may want to get to in the area. We went to Sanibel Island, Naples, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, Pine Island and all over the greater Cape Coral area. There is so much to see and do, it is difficult to get it all done in a week. We will be back! It was a great value for the money.
We had such a great time in your beautiful home. There were four adults cooking in the kitchen at the same time, without bumping into each other. This house has everything you need. We enjoyed the fresh grapefruit we had for breakfast each morning. Pal Turner was very helpful and took good care of us. We hope to be back again next year.
Location is everything,and this place has it. Our family enjoyed the house and the yard. Tried our first mango from one of the many fruit trees. Best sound system of any rental we have stayed in. Pal was very helpful with area information. We never stay at the same place twice, but this place will be a exception.
We had an opportunity to enjoy this lovely Home December 2008.. It\'s everything they said it would BE we fell in love with Cape Coral we\'re now planning a visit to the Cape Coral area for two weeks. Jeff and Pal took care of all our concerns and needs.My Husband made the comment if he had the money he would buy the house.. Since that not happening anytime soon I\'ll just happy we chose this house for our vacation. It\'s in a good location ..We truly enjoyed our visit.
We stayed at this house august 2008. The house has everything you need and more. We have stayed at many villas in the past that we thought were great, but this is more of a home than a rental. Do not hesitate to book you will love it. Sitting outside in an evening in a comfortable chair, a gin & tonic and the television on (if you want)fantastic!
Jeff, the place was better than what we expected! I couldn\'t believe how quiet it was in the neighborhood.We shared the house with two couples and the bedrooms are spaced apart for plenty of privacy. We have stayed at 5 home rentals across the country and this one we give a 4 3/4 stars out of 5. The one thing that I would suggest is a hair dryer in the bathrooms. They\'re hard to pack and keep from getting broke when you fly. Pal took good care of us and answered all our questions and request. We will tell all of our friends where to go for a really good time.....3318 SE 18th Place Cape Coral!!
We stayed at this home January and February of 2008. It is a very nice home in a wonderful location. SE Cape Coral has many advantages - close to lots of good eating places and near the bridges to Ft. Myers. I would highly recommend renting this property. The local property manager is very attentive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and well taken care of. Walking lanes abound on the streets near the home. This house is a very good value for the price. You will love the lanai and the fresh grapefruit you can pick for breakfast.
What a great house for a holiday. Perfect location, near enough to everything, but tucked away in a nice safe spot. Must have car. The house is very well equiped and nicely furniished. The pool is just the right size for a quick dip. Pal, the guy who looks after you, could not be more helpfull and pleasant. No downsides. 5 starr
What a wonderful week we had in your Cape Coral home with our teenage children and their friends. The way the bedrooms are set up with TV\'s and bathrooms in each, everyone seemed to have their own little apartment and privacy. We spent many days on the beach in Fort Myers, Naples, Sanibel, Captiva along with a day at Busch Gardens. The dolphins swimming next to the boat made our trip complete. The house is gorgeous and the area has so much to do that we were scrambling the last two days to get everything in. Your manager, Pal, was wonderful as well. Thanks Jeff for the great vacation!
Wow, what an awesome house! My family and I vacationed here in July. Everything was just perfect. The house was huge, the beds were so comfortable, and EVERYTHING was provided. We rented the boat and toured the canal area and several of the local islands and beaches. Thanks for a wonderful week.
This is a wonderful vacation home. We were blown away at how beautiful it was inside and out. It sits on a great canal just about 10 minutes from the river and 30 minutes to the islands. The lot also has lots of privacy. The area is great and close to everything you will need. The rental manager was also very helpful and nice. It was just a great experience all around. We just got back from our springbreak - staying in Cape Coral at the 97714 house listing. It was AWESOME! We have a family of four and it was a great house to spend time at as well as being convenient to various attractions in Florida. Jeff is great to work with and Pal, the local contact was very helpful too. We will be back!

This home is so beautiful, well maintained and very spacious. Just the perfect home to stay in for vacation in the most peaceful and friendly neighborhood in Cape Coral. Beautiful backyard with pool, which the kids loved and a dock were you can fish. My family and I (6 of us) stayed here and we just fell in love with this home. Just when we walked in, we felt right at home. Just perfect. Kevin (property owner) and Pal (property manager) were amazing hosts. Very prompt in responding to texts and calls whenever needed, before, during and after our stay. We are definitely planning to book again soon. We loved this place!

The property is amazing , not only the beautiful pool with a water view but the furnishings and amenities are first class . The owner and property manager were extremely helpful and informative. Extras such as the bikes and fishing poles made this vacation Special. It’s in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. We can’t wait to vacation here again .
We were brought to Fort Myers for the 2019 River romp sailing regatta. After two long days on the water it was incredibly relaxing to come home to this beautiful house. Everything was organized and clean. The owner and property manager went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. We look forward to utilizing the same house next year for the same event.
Very nice pool and great dock. Loved the changing colors of the pool. Kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. Kevin and PAL were great communicators. If we needed anything Pal was there within minutes. Great master and my son loved having his room with his own bathroom. We had a lovely time.
We really appreciated the house and the fantastic large 3 bedrooms —with their own bathrooms. We enjoyed the peaceful culdesac that the home is placed on. The kitchen is huge with so much room for a group to cook together. All the amenities that are provided with your stay like dishes, pots and pans etc. They also provided beach chairs for our use. It was nice being able to wash our clothes during the week. It truly was a home away from home! Prepare for traffic during spring break going to Ft Myers beach.
From the very beginning, Kevin, the owner, was in communication with us and was great to work with. And from the time we arrived (and even before), the property manager, Pal stayed in communication. The house is lovely and was perfect for three couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, giving us all plenty of space and privacy. This house was by far the best stocked house of any we have stayed at. All our needs were anticipated, making a quick run to the grocery store enough to get us through the entire week. The house was clean and comfortable. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood along the canal. We walked in the mornings and felt completely safe. I would definitely recommend this place! I’ve already looked to book next year, but the dates we wanted are booked. But we will keep this house in our files for any future visits to Cape Coral. Thanks Kevin and Pal for a great week!
Great stay in Cape Coral. House is in a quiet, manicured neighborhood. Owner and manager are very responsive and professsional. Fantastic outside space. We highly recommend this rental.
Kevin, the owner, and Pal, the manager, were very welcoming to the property. There was plenty of communication via email and also through text to ensure we felt welcomed and informed. The location of the house is great and in a quiet neighborhood. About 30 minutes from Sanibel but sitting on the back patio on the canal or by the pool was almost as beautiful. The inside of the house is pristine and decorated nicely. Both master suites game ample space. Access to the garage for parked cars was also a bonus. No complaints. We hope to come back someday!
