Description

Find yourself In a totally serine environment with a swimming lake fed by two fresh water springs with a diving dock. A wood fired sauna (a small wood and cleaning fee additional). Within a short walking distance you have access to the mountains to sea trail. The Hebron falls loop is a short walk to the trail head and is not to be missed!!! The 1 bedroom private apartment apt features all brand new appliances, this is a unique one of a kind spot that must be shared!
 
The space
This space is located on the lower level of the main house, it has one bedroom with USB ports in the lamps, closet with hangers and shelving, storage under the bed for luggage etc. A full kitchen with all the necessarys including brand new gas range with double oven and brand new fridge pots and pans glasses, utensils etc! The bathroom is lg with tub, shower and countertop space. A full size washer, dryer iron and ironing board. A comfortable couch. When needed there is a blow up queen mattress if more than three guests.
Some works of local artists are part of the decor and some pics might be available for purchase online. There is a set of vintage encyclopedia britânica for the inquisitive and some books to read. Wifi access, TV has Roku with Netflix, amazon prime etc etc!!! You can choose your own mood with remote controlled fire feature and heating. Teas and coffee is provided please bring milk or cream!!!
 
Guest access
Access is available thru a private entrance located on the lower leval a short walk down the stairs to the left follow the path all the way to the lower deck thru the door is a mudroom please leave shoes or boots here and use provided new fresh slippers. The door on the left has a keypad please enter code and welcome yourself into a warm comfortable space!!! The main house upstairs is occupied private and not accessible!!! Ashir is the house dog he is super friendly he will probably come to say hi and loves to go on hikes.
 
Other things to note
When around please meet Jake, Sharon and Ashir!! Jake takes care of your sauna needs so a reservation request is needed for availability and access please ask for his assistance. If requested an additional wood and cleaning fee is required!! Please ask as there are also bikes available for rent amazing roads to ride on around here many biking events are held in the high country! Sharon is the owner of “Wild Woman Herbs” and produces some of the most healing tinctures you can find grown here in the garden and green house, all hand made with love and wisdom!!! Please ask about her products seasonal availability and pricing. “The best you’ll find anywhere”

This place is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The views are incredible. The interior is very modern with a touch of antique, giving it the perfect combination. When we arrived, a local stated \"welcome to the sanctuary\". We couldn\'t agree more.

Beautiful home


Lance\'s place is a beautiful place to stay. The location feels very private and remote, yet it\'s not too far from town. The place appears to be recently finished and the finishes, furniture, craftmanship is outstanding! The bed was SO comfortable, there is a heater in the bathroom, the oven is top end, smart TV is always appreciated, and the fireplace/heater was so cool! There is beautiful lighting down the stairs to the suite that sets the stage for the impressive rental. Lance as a host really went above and beyond for us and it was much appreciated.

Great experience


Lance\'s space was just freshly renovated (by him!) and it looks amazing. There is plenty of room for cooking if you\'re just coming out for the hiking or want to save money. Eating breakfast in the kitchen feels perfectly warm and cozy, but you can also go outside on the patio for a hot cup of coffee and enjoy the garden and swimming pond. Lance has several different french coffee brewing devices to choose from :] We had the windows open the whole time, so even when we were inside, we still felt like we were outside. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of closet space in the bedroom. One of my friends took the couch and said she slept \"like a baby\" every morning. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and there is a washer dryer set if you think you might be needing to do a load of laundry. We again didn\'t have a chance to try out the sauna but we looked inside and you will definitely appreciate the craftsmanship that went into it. There were a lot of TV options that we didn\'t have a chance to look through, but if that\'s your speed then Lance definitely has the hookup. The upstairs neighbor is very friendly and has a wonderfully friendly pup. I brought my cat along and she seemed to enjoy herself (as much as her easily terrified nature would allow her). Though, I will say Lance doesn\'t seem very excited about cats, perhaps he\'s more of a dog person. We went out for dinner every night and had no shortage of delicious places to eat, though I\'m sure Yelp can tell you all about it. As a side note, as the designated driver for the trip, I was very excited about the IPAs Lance left for us in the fridge ^.^ For those of you that are intolerant of insects, then I would bring a friend willing to squash or save them for you, because we found that we had quite a few crawly roommates. Though, honestly, I think this may be a normal side effect of being so far out in nature and having the windows open all the time. Either way, they didn\'t really bug us too much. Final note, there is NO cell reception/data! So have your map downloaded if you think you might get lost. It\'s not a difficult route but plan accordingly :] There is wifi at the house once you get there. Overall, a beautiful location! Fairy lights are everywhere so it really feels like a magical place to be. Boone is a lovely city in a lovely location and this house will make you feel like you\'re a lucky local.
