Welcome to 2016 newly furnished Villa Blue Star! This great house offers all amenities you could wish for to have a great holiday on 160m2 living space.
 
The very spacious lanai (120m2) with great big, illuminated swimming pool (90-180cm deep) in the center will for sure be your haunt. Enjoy the sun of Sunshine State on one of the comfortable sun loungers and enjoy a yummy drink on the outside bar with pass-through to the kitchen. The big outdoor table with 6 chairs is placed under the covered part of the lanai and offers nicely shade on hot days. Outdoor gas BBQ for your perfect juicy American steak. Outside of the cage (mosquito screen) you find a small patio inside of the tropical garden to enjoy the first coffee in the morning, watch the kids playing or watch the sun go down.
 
Villa Blue Star is situated not far from Cape Coral Parkway on a quiet side road. Shoppings and restaurants are reachable within a few driving minutes by car or bike. The tropical garden is perfect to hide from snoopy gazes from neighbors.
 
The open kitchen and dining area overviews the pool area through big glass sliding doors. The cozy livingroom offers a flatscreen TV with Apple TV. Fully equipped kitchen with filter and nespresso machine (don't forget to bring your own capsules from home), a great double door fridge and a kitchen counter to keep the chef company.
 
Masterbedroom with kingsize bed and walk-in bathroom with shower and WC. Second and third bedroom (queensize mattress) share a bathroom with shower tub and WC. All bedrooms have an own flatscreen TV. The Masterbedroom offers Apple TV.
 
A total of 4 flatscreen HD-TV's are available, 2 DVD-players, 2 apple TV's, Soundbar, Stereo with bluetooth and a playstation 3. 75 MB Highspeed Internet and WiFi, phone and WiFi printer
 
The closest golf courses of Cape Coral and Fort Myers are reachable within 15-30 driving minutes. You reach Cape Coral Beach directly next to Cape Coral Yacht Club within 10 minutes driving, Fort Myers Beach within 30 minutes driving. Sanibel Island and its tropical beaches are reachable within 40 minutes and Matlache (20 minutes) and Pine Island (20 minutes) are also great to visit by car from Villa Blue Sky.

Great place!


We found the villa in very clean condition and very well equipped. The house introduction by Björn and Maria was very pleasant and uncomplicated. Just like the instruction for the rented boat by the Swiss Clyde. We and our two teenagers felt comfortable and had a good rest. Lovely again! Intervilla we can recommend from A-Z!

Great family getaway


The villa Manatee was very good: very beautiful location on the lake with a view, there is a lot of space and it is well equipped. Especially nice is the very large pool, which we liked to use. Again and again, a few manatees were briefly observed. The transaction was exemplary from the beginning of the booking, questions were answered immediately. The final bill was handled quickly and the electricity price was very fair. A big thank you to the administrators Maria and Björn, whose sympathetic appearance and helpfulness have inspired us. Thank you and all Merry Christmas!

It was great


It was great. Our kids (4,7,11) loved the pool. On the first day we even saw manatees and dolphins where we sat outside. Our expectations were met. Unfortunately, there was a Flugannulierung and the next flight was only in 2 days. We were able to stay 2 more days quickly and without complications. Many Thanks

A very nice villa


A very nice villa, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The pool is very large, the Tikihut on the jetty is suitable for dining or for a drink at sunset. The location takes his name into account, in the lake we have seen manatees and dolphins. The property management is very nice and always very helpful. We have booked again :-)
