Villa Malibu-Bay is located at a 100m broad saltwater bay, nearby yachtclub area. The huge canal / bay offers breathtaking views over the water and a lot of privacy thanks to no right-in-front-neighbours. Enjoy the privacy and the tranquility.
 
You reach the open waters of Caloosahatchee-River within only a few driving minutes by boat, without having to pass locks. Explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva by boat, you will love it!
 
In this huge saltwater bay you can watch dolphins regularly and during winter months even manatees! Best views from the dock, where you can relax, enjoy, have a drink and watch the fishes pass by.
 
Spacious, westfacing outdoor area that offers spectacular views over the open water and the unforgettable sunsets of Cape Coral. Huge glass sliding doors connect the indoor and the outdoor area to a huge living space. Saltwaterpool (electrical heatable), enough sun loungers for everybody and gas BBQ for the best, juicy American BBQ!
 
Bright and friendly interior furniture, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and views over the pool and the open water of the canal. Filtercoffee machine and Nespresso-Machine available. Don't forget to bring your favorite capsules from home!

A total of 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests. Masterbedroom with direct access to the pool area and en-suite master bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and spacious shower. The Master bedroom has huge sliding glass doors - you will feel like sleeping outdoors! Junior bedroom (queensize) at the other end of the house and also direct access to the pool area. En-suite bathroom with shower/WC. Third bedroom with queensize bed.
 
Captains-walk and dock with boat lift. Enjoy a drink while putting your feet into the cold water of the canal. Watch the fishes and if you feel like, try to catch one!
 
We recommend to rent a boat for a few days. You reach the open water within only a few driving minutes without having to pass locks. From here you reach the offshore islands like Sanibel and Captiva - enjoy a day shelling, have a drink in one of the typical restaurants that you can only reach by boat and explore untouched caribbean beaches. You will love it! Boat-lift only for own rental boats available.

We spent 5 great weeks in the house. House: clean, welcoming, bright Kitchen: enough kitchen utensils available, great we found the Nespresso machine Location: quiet, great view Pool: clean Garden: well maintained Boat: smooth handling Contact INTERVILLAS: friendly, short response times The grill did not work properly and was promptly replaced - top. A pool cover would be particularly desirable in the winter months - cost or energy savings.

Already on arrival we were totally thrilled. The villa leaves nothing to be desired. Everything was generous, modern and very clean and well maintained. The German-speaking care on site was very warm and helpful. We were able to enjoy our time in Cape Coral to the fullest. The pool was heavenly and the view of the canal just amazing! We\'ll be back!
