Villa Sea Breeze (last renovation March 2013) - a generous floor plan, open and with lots of light through the overhead windows - a real Florida feeling! The facility was designed by our modern interior designer team and leaves no wish unfulfilled. Direct access to the river by boat. The villa is situated perfectly for boat tours in the south of Rosegarden District. Kids up to 6 stay for free.

The very large pool is 40 ft long and can be heated either with solar energy or with electricity. Saltwater-technique, perfect for people with sensitive skin or chlor allergy. Enjoy the view over the broad canal and watch fishes and maybe even manatees and dolphins passing by.
 
Have your perfect US steak prepared on the gas grill on the veranda. Why don't you have a drink on the dock and watch the wonderful sunset? The romantic atmosphere and the wonderful view will make the day an unforgettable experience.
 
3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons, two of which have direct access to the pool area.
 
Bright and open kitchen / living area. The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy the view over the pool and the canal. Don't forget to bring your favorite Nespresso capsules from home. Nespresso machine available.
 
New with german TV, new soundbar with bluetooth, Apple TV and satellite tv.
 
Boat can be rented and is very recommended. Within few minutes you reach Caloosahatchee river, from where you reach the offshore islands Sanibel or Captiva with its lonely beaches. Boat dock and lift only for our own boats.
 
Non-smoking, thanks for smoking outside.

The house is beautiful


The house is beautifully located on one of the canals in Cape Coral very well located and has a modern and very good facilities! One of the highlights is, of course, the pool, which invites you to swim, plus a jetty with a boat, where you can see, among other things, manatees. The service was also very good, so that we had a exemplary and wonderful stay! Thank you again for that!

Very comfortable


The house is beautiful and well furnished. The new construction work on the neighboring house led to noise and dust immissions, but we knew in advance. We felt very comfortable and will come back if possible.

Beautiful villa


Beautiful villa - very tastefully decorated and decorated. Very good location for boat tours. The marina is within easy walking distance - perfect for a sundowner in the evening. Top care on site - thank you Björn and Maria. The boat was also great and here the care absolutely great - thank you very much Clyde! We have already booked our next vacation with Intervillas! :-)
