Fabulous

We had a lovely stay at CoCo Rose. The rooms are very big with a comfortable bed and balcony with a great sea view. We also had an iron and ironing board, which was extremely useful. Rose, the owner, is a lovely kind lady, she took us shopping and a tour of the surrounding area. The guest house is in a quiet location right next to the beach. There is one local bar and a small shop within walking distance. You can get a bus to St Johns at the end of the road very cheaply. Recommended.

Clean Comfortable studio

A spacious studio with a great view of the sea in a quiet rural area of the island. Rose and Ave were welcoming hosts and responded promptly to all our requests. Well positioned to visit both the Jolly Harbour and English Bay areas.

Christmas 2017 trip

What a treasure!!!!! Co Co Rose is a perfect vacation spot. The guesthouse rooms were very clean and spacious with all the amenities/kitchenette. A large en suite bathroom with a huge walk in shower and plenty of water. My room had a balcony overlooking the bay and the property was well maintained with beautiful gardens. I arranged airport pick up/drop off directly through the property. On my way to the property, I was taken to the local supermarket to get supplies for the week. That was very kind and helpful. Rose and her family were/are so kind and generous. I was so honored to be invited to their family Christmas dinner. The food/drinks were simply delecious with great conversation and advice on things to do. I was then taken on a tour of the village and surrounding area. I was introduced to many of the locals as well as engaging in a village parade. It was my first day there and I had already met so many people, thanks to Rose and her kind family. Throughout my stay, Rose was a huge help in assisting me with excursions and providing me transportation. On a trip back from the city, she pulled off the main road to show me a very beautiful secluded beach. I can not emphasise the hospitality enough. Rose told me that she runs her establishment on the premisis that she treats all quests as family. Well, she certainily does!!!! Until we meet again.

Good alternative to all inclusives

We were very pleased with our accommodation choice on the island which we explored extensively. One of the best places of you don\'t want to spend a huge amount on all inclusives. Our room was comfortable and clean and we were facing the sea so the breeze at night was necessary. No air con in the room just an overhead fan. Rose is a lovely host and very accommodating. The only downside is there are not really any bars and restaurants within walking distance. We were glad we had a car. Best dining experience was by far Jackie Os. Pricey but well worth it.

Excellent location and great price

This small hotel is on the beach with lots of seclusion. Quiet, clean, with friendly owners/staff. No A/C, but did not need it. The beach in front of the hotel is a little difficult for swimming because it is a shallow coral shelf, but lovely for walking. Good swimming beach about 5 miles from the hotel. Take the local bus for about 50 cents. Airport shuttle available and cheaper than taxi. Also nice hammock for relaxing.
