Welcome to the Casa Campanula, the perfect getaway in the Swiss Alps. Located just on the edge of Laax, one of Switzerland's most prestigious winter sports towns, this house is very special: It features close proximity to all kinds of activities, from sightseeing to sports all year round, but is still located in such a secluded way that it features a lot of privacy. Bordering on a nature reserve, there are no neighbors on the western side of the house, so both the cute balcony and the large terrasse are shielded from view. 3 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a bath tub and a separate nordic sauna make this the perfect property for up to 6 people. Covered garage, modern kitchen, fast wifi and 3D Full HD TV with Dolby Surround - everything is here. 
 
It's a 5-minute drive to Laax town, where there are groceries and amenities of all kinds. Laax also features a beautiful little lake (search for Lake of Laax), which is right in the center of town. Alternatively, use the hidden walking path through the forest to walk to the town, which will take about 20 minutes and resembles a fairy tale path. Within 20 minutes driving, there are the towns of Flims and Ilanz, both offering larger shopping chains and great access to more activities.
 
Speaking of lakes: Within 15 minutes driving, you'll find what has just been voted the "2 most precious mountain lakes in Switzerland" (Caumasee and Crestasee). Trust me - it's no exaggeration. They are stunning, especially the Caumasee.
 
The area itself gives for almost any kind of sport. It's been voted Switzerland's best ski resort for 3 years in a row now (Flims-Laax-Falera), so winter is taken care of. In summer, there's epic hikes, mountain bike rides, paragliding, swimming, and just chilling out in the Swiss Alps.

Amazing views, awesome house has everything


Stayed here for a week retreat and was everything we could have asked for. The area is beautiful, the views are incredible from all windows and balconies. The house has everything we needed and more, TV and sound system were great, kitchen had all appliances and sauna was a huge bonus. Wish we could have stayed even longer, had a great time and hope to come back.

Wow! Literally the perfect place for us.


What can I say? We loved this place. We really did. It\'s away from the noisy center, but still very close to all you need. The (free) shuttle took us to both entry points of the slopes within minutes. We actually quite enjoyed the 15-min walk into town, on the hidden footpath - it was magical, with all the snow! The place itself is very well kept up. You can tell the owners really care for it. Every amenity we could wish for, and it all worked great. The kids loved the 3D-TV, the adults enjoyed the infrared Sauna. We also really enjoyed the privacy (there are no neighbors on the side of the terrace). Overall, a flat out 5 stars! We\'ll be back, that\'s for sure.

A lovely holiday home


The home is very well equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. A very nice welcoming appartment which was our base for a lovely skiing holiday in Laax. Both Laax and Falera ski resort are very easy to reach via bus or drive. The local shop and pizzeria are a nice walk away down the hill. Great views from both master bedrooms and the living room!

Family friendly meets adventurous


Casa Campanula is the perfect place to stay. The pictures on the website are accurate and show what you will be renting. The house is very clean and well equipped. We have been there multiple times during all the seasons and it was always an excellent experience. There are multiple options for great actives and when you get tired its the perfect place to relax. The environment is also terrific for families. We now have two kids and they too love the place and the multiple huge play grounds in near distance. I rate this place with the highest grade you can give and would return in an instant.
