Description

Belpiano chalet is located a few minutes from the center of Haute Nendaz amid meadows and forests on a sunny hillside overlooking the Rhone Valley. Here at an altitude of about 1200 m have a unique vista. In the valley lies Sion (capital of Valais) which has a subtropical climate in the summer.
 
Your car can park at the chalet at the dead end. In the garden or on the terrace you can put your chairs to enjoy the beautiful weather, the sun and the fresh air. The bus services are provided by the regional bus company and guaranteed.
 
On the ground floor is the shed where there is a washer and dryer. There is a bedroom with a comfortable 2-person divan bed. From the bedroom have double doors to the garden and terrace. Also on the ground floor bathroom with shower and toilet.
 
The spacious and cozy living room features a fireplace, a Satellite TV and a DVD player. Here you can enjoy the magnificent views of Sion and the Rhone valley.
The kitchen is fully equipped, in addition to a large dining table, the kitchen is equipped with ao. a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge freezer.
From the living room via an open staircase to the first floor.
 
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms all with 2 double beds. There are 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have patio doors leading to the balcony. One bathroom has a toilet, sink and bathtub. The other bathroom has a toilet, spacious shower and a sink.
 
The whole chalet has comfortable floor heating.
The chalet has WIFI. All costs are included. Nothing extra will be charged.
