YELLOW FLAMBOYANT (Luxury Suite) :- Accessible by the garden or by an open stair gazebo. Its large balcony overlooks a stunning deep gorge. The view extends over the whole horizon. A Jacuzzi Pool and outdoor shower offer top comfort. Two walls fully slide to offer a unique feeling from the large king bed. A/C, fan and sliding louvers for those preferring so. Wall flat TV and music dock. A comfortable walk-in closet complements the cupboard at the back of the bed. Pink marble bathroom also opens to the balcony.
 
YELLOW FLAMBOYANT (Library) :- Separated from the Suite by a wet bar provided with a fridge, a sink, a table and comfortable chairs to enjoy privacy. It is perfect ambience for a quit reading or music listening; a large sofa can be transformed into a comfortable queen bed. Some paints of the famous artist Jag recall the serenity of island’s children. Attached bathroom color and paints counterbalance the beautiful outside balisier flowers. A private lawn aside facing the garden and a hammock offer a perfect resting spot.
 
RED HELICONIA (King Bedroom) :- It stays at the highest level of the villa. The wide sliding louvers and crystals open to the southern coastline and colorful garden. Wide king bed and furniture in New England  style offer a very special atmosphere. The white quartzite tiles of the bathroom are enlivened by a bevy of colorful butterflies in ceramic. Outside verandah with long-chairs, private patio and outdoor shower offer a perfect privacy as all the other rooms.
 
RED HELICONIA (Twin Bedroom) :- Separated from the king bedroom by a wet bar provided with fridge, sink and a table with comfortable chairs to enjoy light breakfast or tea privately. Inside two beds face the private kaleidoscopic garden. Bathroom is inspired to the nature and the granite of the island and underwater life by a variety of colorful tropical ceramic fish. A side lawn surrounded by heliconias and a suspended chair are oriented to the breathtaking lush vegetation of the hill easterly of the villa.
 
WHITE FRANGIPANI (King Bedroom) :- The opening large louvers give access to the balcony and wide sun terrace. Its hammock and long chairs are the best private place for tanning under tropical sun blessed by the constant western breeze. Stunning view over the surrounding hills and below the bay that blinks among the trees in front. Inside furnishing is inspired to local market and sellers, while the bathroom echoes the outside colorful flowers.
 
WHITE FRANGIPANI (Twin Bedroom) :- The front view from the twin bedroom is captured by the flowers of the tall Gumiers and wild Frangipani trees. The full white color of the bedroom perfectly combines with the turquoise enameled tiles of the bathroom, where the walls are enlivened by an animated school of ceramic fish. An outside little patio and shower offer privacy to this lovely room.
 
TRAVELLER’S PALM (Queen Bedroom) :- A further queen bed apartment is part of the main building, making short access to the living and the kitchen. It takes its name from the magnificent crown of the traveler palm outside the balcony. A little entrance separates the room from the bathroom, rejoiced by colorful painted tin geckos. Private access to the side Villa yard.

Villa Susanna is constantly looking for offering its Guests some exclusive plus. Cruising along the coast is a way to know the island wild coastline and beaches not available to everybody, but you!. Deep sea fishing with our professional fisherman/skipper will warranty you fantastic catch!. Water sports rowing or sailing means and snorkeling devices are provided to fully enjoy the beautiful bay of Marigot.

Welcome to our paradise to all whom we will be happy to offer our villa.A long long time ago (should we say 'once upon a time..."?), when we decided to marry, Susanna and me, but the money was rather short,we anyway looked for an 'exotic' destination for our honey moon trip, something to remember all the life long, despite the necessary hard amount to face, in those time of ours...Well, we were simply captured by that blessed part of the planet, the Caribbeans!Passing the years, the wallet luckily became more generous, we also discovered the magic of sailing... so we could be back to visit both by the land and by the sea a growing number of the West Indies islands, Greater and Lesser Antilles, Windwards and Leewards.Then finally Saint Lucia definitely caught our heart, we felt in love of the one we considered the best one to stop.Indeed we discovered that fantastic cape, its unique sight, the booming vegetation around, its secluded beach, just aside that prodigy of nature that Marigot Bay and its beach are. Just the dreamed place where to built the dream house we could then achieve.Here it is, dedicated to our beloved children, to our friends, to all the nice people we met along our life till now and beyond..and to all the guests whom we will be happy to share its beauty with.Enjoy our paradise!

I don't think it would have been possible to have a more amazing time! The staff was out of this world, The Villa was the most amazing piece of property imaginable and the weather was just phenomenal. We were extremely fortunate to have gotten to spend a week of our lives there!

This property was unreal.


This property was unreal. To think it was just in a possible top option now baffles me. It\'s the only option. This place could rent easily for twice as much. Words cannot describe...and I\'m pretty picky with high standards. It was like having our own mini-resort. There cannot even be a close 2nd to this property.

Heaven on Earth..Amazing in every way...beyond perfect!


Our stay at Villa Sussana was without a doubt the very best vacation we have ever had. The home is lovely, inviting, comfortable and elegant. We were a group of 10 people all of different ages and we all had a wonderful time! The bedrooms are awe inspired with incredible views and moving walls..The pool was nothing short of magnificent and a short walk away was a beautiful beach where we snorkeled. Now on to the staff, how can we say thank you to Lucella, Roy and Anne? They took care of every need so well and were just awesome people to be around! We are so grateful for the beautiful boat rides, the snorkeling and the wonderful lunch Lucella packed for us! Villa Sussana is simply the VERY best! We would love to go back!

Paradise on St Lucia


Absolutely love this place. Great views. Awesome staff. There are so many nice spaces within the garden and around the villas to spend time with family.  Coffee each morning in the gazebo. Birds galore. And breezes to fend off the Caribbean heat.  This is place is special. If you are looking for the right place to stay while in St Lucia, this is it. Danny, Anne, Roy and Lucilla have taken good care of our family.

Amazing!


We rented Villa Susanna for a week in July, and I must say it was amazing. The architecture, the staff, the location and the food, all beyond expectation. I'm very happy that we chose this villa to have our wedding. I recommend anyone who is traveling to St-Lucia to enjoy this amazing island while having the chance to stay at Villa Susanna. By the way, the boat and the captain (Roy) were great, we went fishing and snorkeling at Sugar beach. I wish you all a great vacation to Villa Susanna !

We spent a week at Villa Susanna at the end of March 2018. A group of 8 with 4 adults and 4 teens for Senior Year Spring Break. In summary... OUTSTANDING! I have no doubt thatVilla Susanna will EXCEED your expectations. Browse the website. Absolutely beautiful. In fact, the villa is more spectcular than the photos can convey. The exterior design and costruction details, the expanse, the interior design and the physical setting are all impeccable. Every detail has been addressed. Completely open air ( if you choose), first class furnishings, incredible views, great location, OUTDOOR SHOWERS (also if you choose), and a wonderful staff complete the experience. Absolutely more than we expected. Lucilla (Cook), Ann (Housekeeping), and Roy (Driver and Captain) truly made the week. Special THANKS to them! Susanna and Sandro are the ultimate hosts. Simply Italian class... Susanna and Sandro, save our spot for next time!
