Three minutes walk to the beach Studio located on the popular Golden Zone in Mazatlan; safe, quiet and clean neighborhood but very close to all the amenities anyone may need. We are three minutes from the main avenue where you can find the beach, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, hospital, and public transportation. We -the owners- live here, so there is always a friendly environment. Our property is very clean and we treat our guests with friendship and respect. We strive to make their vacation comfortable and enjoyable. A/C, King bed, Cable TV, WiFi, Ref, Micro, Large Terrace, kitchenette, BBQ grill. Weekly or monthly.

About AliciaI, Alicia lived in Arizona 35 years before moving to Mazatlan. I love to travel and fell in love with Mazatlan the first time I came in 1986. Since then we vacationed here often and we knew this was a place I could feel at home once retired. My house and the patio is big, I we enjoy having guests every season and have met very interesting persons from Canada USA and other countries. Some have turned into special friends who keep coming back. It is a complete city with all modern amenities but also with history and culture. if you like to spend your time on the beach, they are beautiful; but if you want to know more about Mexico and it's culture, music, theater, food, etc., Mazatlan has everything any city can offer, and it's people is very friendly.

Absolutely perfect!


We stayed at a number of places during our visit to Mazatlan, and this was our favorite! It is within walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, shops and convenience stores. The studio was clean, safe and nicely decorated. The patio was large and complete with comfortable outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay here again.

We liked the apartment a lot. It\'s situated near the hotel zone and you can reach everything in a few minutes walking-time. Cleanliness was ok. Huge king-size bed! If you are looking for a cheap alternative to the expensive hotels, come here! You definitely won\'t regret it :)

Good location


Alicia was very friendly and quick to respond to my messages when I made a last minute booking at her place. Easy contact is always a plus. The room was very clean and nice, she provided water and fruits and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable with quality sheets, blanket, and pillows. Good location in Zona Dorada close to the beach and nightlife.
