Welcome to trendy and happening Ocean Park in the center of San Juan, Puerto Rico, and near the best Hotels and Casinos in San Juan. Walking distance to the beach.
Ocean Park has numerous cafes and restaurants, the best pubs and hang outs in the city. Near the house in McLeary Avenue it is very easy to find bus stops and taxis, the house covers all your needs while offering a breezy retreat from it all. If you're driving, there is quick access to the expressway for just a 15-minute drive to the airport, 10-minute drive to the old city and a 4-minute drive to the mall.
Beautifully decorated, Mediterranean style, the apartment offers comfort and style with comfy beds, plush pillows and fluffy towels. Full size bed in the bedroom, comfortably fit 2 guests. The open style kitchenette is equipped with the basiscs. The Ocean Park beach provides plenty of play area for kids as well as adults.

Guest access
You'll have coordinate with me to meet at the property and give you access to it.
You will have access to the garage using a key that we provide, your amazing apartment has a patio.
Guest will be provided with one set for keys and one garage key. Each set of keys if lost or missing will be charged at a cost of $75.00 per set of keys. Please make sure you don't lose keys and return them upon departure.
Interaction with guests
We respect our guests' privacy but are always just a phone call or text message away.
Other things to note
This house is near the community "Ocean Park" and only guests of the house will be allowed in it. You'll need to notified us if you are going to have friends of family visiting. Visitors are not allowed to stay at the house without paying and you need to notified us before any body stays at the house for us to grant permission in writing and charge additional guest fees.
The house is on the heart of Ocean Park just 3 blocks away from the beach and 5 minutes from Kasalta Bakery in the heart of the action.
