The apartment is immaculate! It\'s centrally located to the beaches, attractions, dining and shopping. I\'ll rent it again in the future.
Location location denne skønne lejlighed havde den perfekte beliggenhed mellem stranden samt rue d\'antibes, super centralt til alting . Lejligheden var super rent, havde gode senge, godt wifi, samt tre terrasser, der var masser af porcelæn samt bestik. Meget veludstyret med alt det man skal bruge i dagligdagen . Værtinde Bettina var meget hjælpsom samt hurtig til at svare, kan kun anbefales at booke lejligheden ved hende alt var tiptop. Håber vi ses igen i 2018.
The apartment is located in an ideal area. Everything is in walking distance: Beach, Sights, Shopping, Restaurants and Bars. Even a small sea view from one of the three balconies is there. Bedrooms are pretty calm thanks to two windows! Air conditioning! Reception and Departure have been perfectly organized! Thank you!
Comfortable with good en-suite facilities for both bedrooms. we are in Cannes for work and have booked this apartment 4 years in a row, we always find is a convenient and pleasant place to stay. It has all you need for a easy, relaxed stay in Cannes.
Unless you are wanting the heart of Old Town (only a 5 minute walk) you can\'t find a more convenient and well-maintained place to stay. Bettina was very accommodating re our arrival and departure, and all of the information she provided was spot on. Major pluses were: steps from Rue d\'Antibe, secure building, lift, and reliable wi-fi. We would definitely stay here again.
Bereits zum dritten Mal haben wir unsere Ferien im Le Nostalgique verbracht. Es war wiederum alles perfekt. Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen. Und der Empfang durch Bettina so herzlich, man kommt sich vor wie ein König. Einfach das ultimative Appartement für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder! Keine Frage. Ein Tipp: unbedingt Garagenplatz gleich dazu mieten. Besser kann man es mit dem Auto nicht haben. Kleine Einschränkung: Auto sollte nicht zu gross sein. Mehr kann man nicht sagen, einfach nur vom Urlaub träumen und sich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt freuen.
Liebe Bettina, es ist immer wieder schön in "unsere" super ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung mitten im Herzen von Cannes zu fahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den nahen Strand und die guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in vollen Zügen genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.....
This flat is in a great location; close to the fancy shops, the local shops, the beach, the train station, the markets, restaurants and everything in between! We parked our car in the garage on day 1 and practically left it there the entire time (which is great because traffic and narrow streets in Cannes can make it challenging sometimes!). The apartment was spacious for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids); Bettina was very responsive from the very beginning and throughout our stay. You will not be disappointed if you stay here (like a local) and peruse the posh streets of Cannes!
Flott beliggenhet midt i Cannes med kort vei til alt. Veldig fin leilighet for oss 5. Koselig hjørnebalkong som vi brukte blant annet til frokost. We stayed here for a long weekend Everything we needed was there the beach was a 5 min walk as was the supermarket Public parking was 5 min walk We were greeted at 10pm on arrival and everything was as described very friendly and helpful Main shopping street was only a couple of minutes walk It's a well maintained and clean Appartment Photos are as supplied We had a great time and will be back before the end of the summer
Siamo una famiglia composta da due adulti e tre ragazzi: l'appartamento è davvero confortevole, spazioso, dotato di tutto ciò che serve: biancheria da letto, da bagno, stoviglie e piatti per la cucina. Data la tarda ora del nostro arrivo, la padrona di casa Bettine ci ha fatto trovare vino e formaggio per la cena che abbiamo davvero gradito. Bettine si è perfettamente adeguata ai nostri orari sia di arrivo che di partenza. L'appartamento è situato in una zona perfetta tra la Croisette e la Rue d'Antibes, vicinissimo al Palazzo del Cinema, posizione davvero molto felice e comoda anche per i traghetti verso l'isola di Santa Margherita. In zona si trovano sia supermercati che negozi che bar. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a tutti!
Siamo tornati nell'appartamento LE NOSTAGIQUE e confermiamo il giudizio molto positivo già espresso tre anni fa. L'appartamento è spazioso, confortevole e funzionale, con due bagni. LE NOSTALGIQUE è situato nel Carrè d'Or e nelle sue immediate vicinanze c'è tutto. Bettina è sempre un'organizzatrice perfetta e gentilissima. Siamo ritornati al Le Nostalgique dopo un mese: è troppo fantastico. Lo consigliamo davvero per un piacevole soggiorno a Cannes! E complimenti ancora a Bettine che come la volta scorsa, ha saputo accontentarci rendendo disponibile l'appartamento con sole poche ore di anticipo rispetto al nostro arrivo. GRAZIE!!!
Modern, newly-renovated and well-located apartment. We have stayed here for 2 years so far for the Lions festival and hope to again in 2015. Bettina looks after the apartment well and is very helpful - this last year returning keys to a guest of ours who left them there, and helping us out when one of our guests managed to lock his passport in the safe without changing the code!! Very convenient for Cannes and the surrounding area.
We absolutely loved this apartment. It was in the perfect location, central to everything. Bettina was great and set up everything for us, including cabs to the airport and ferry to St. Tropez. Apartment was clean and spacious. We had the best time!
Wir sind diesmal bereits das zweite Mal für die MIPTV in diesem Apartment und es war wie auch schon das letzte Mal einfach alles perfekt. Das Apartment ist wunderschön und ist einfach perfekt gelegen. Man ist schnell am Palais und auch sonst überall sonst. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
We had a wonderful time in this recently renovated apartment which looks stunning! My family and I really loved this apartment as it is ideally situated in the heart of the city center, modern, cleaned and has a nice flat screen TV. Complimentary internet access is also available in the apartment. The pictures were exactly as described in the summary, and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Ms. Bettina is very professional and accommodating. She was very helpful and friendly form the first email I have exchanged with her. When we arrived to the apartment, Bettina was waiting for us, she was a nice person and she tried her best to explain about the apartment and the nearby area, offering her service by asking us to contact her any time we need anything. She was very punctual upon our leaving to hand over the apartment back to her. Thank you very much Bettina and we do appreciate your great support and services. This apartment is just few steps away from the shopping street with access to wonderful shopping boutiques, cafes, dining, grocery store, Cinema, Metro stops and a pharmacy as well. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the living room is comfy and spacious. We loved that the landlord had some condiments in the kitchen (sugar, salt, pepper…etc) as well as paper towels and pots/pans. We really felt like we were living in Cannes. Definitely we will come back to this apartment.
The flat was precisely everything as described. Large and spacious. Excellent bathrooms --- they have been remodeled with upgraded features. Main bedroom is good size with a fab balcony. Plenty of closet space in the main bedroom, second bedroom and in the hallway. Kitchen is excellent and upgraded. It also has a balcony as does the living room. Unlike most European balconies which are small, all three in this flat are good size. Great afternoon sun. Flat is clean. Excellent location to everything. Beach. Shopping. We took advantage of the building's parking, which is subterranean. It is VERY hard to park in the spot, so have a small car. But it is worth it because any street parking, even if you could find it, is blocks away and any garage parking nearby will be the same rate. Bettina, your contact in Cannes, is fantastic. Great when you set up securing the flat, when you arrive, during your stay and when you leave. I will definitely come back and recommend it to others.
Zum zweiten Mal war das Nostalgique unsere Ferienresidenz. Und wieder war alles perfekt. Mit dem umgebauten Bad und der neuen Küche hat das Appartement an Attraktivität sogar noch gewonnen. Die Lage ist perfekt: Strand, Bäcker, Laden, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Jetzt ist mir schon klar, wie Gott in Frankreich zu leben. We enjoyed the apartment which is modern, well appointed, light and with plenty of space, air conditioned throughout and has all the amenities required by an apartment rental. It has 2 good sized bedrooms both with new and lovely en-suite showers and It's central location makes it great for festivals and Cannes centre. Bettina is helpful and the whole renting process was easy and efficient. We will come again. Robin.
We stayed at Le Nostalgique for a week and had a great time. The apartment is spacious and very well maintained - the new shower rooms are fab! The kitchen is more than enough for a short stay and you can take your meals directly out onto one of the balcony's which is just about big enough for 3 or 4 people to eat around the table. The lounge is very large and idea for larger meetings and meals. The apartment is spotlessly clean and Bettina is on hand if you need any assistance. The apaartment is in the centre of Cannes and close to everything you want from a stay in Cannes - shops, bars, restaurants, markets, harbour, casino, etc This apartment is highly recommended
Es piso es increible! Estuvimos en Cannes, 2 adultos y 2 ninos por una semana y el apartamento hizo el viaje perfecto! Esta localisado 2 bloques (chiquitos) de la playa y 1 bloque de la cuidad done esta todos los cafes, restaurantes, tiendas (ropa y alimentacion) y un mercado diario con frutas, verduras, quesos y carne. El piso esta muy moderno, muy comodo, grande, con 3 terassas! El bario esta muy seguro. Ese apartamento es maravilloso y lo recomendamos sinceramente!
Es hat einfach alles gepasst, in diesem Urlaub, natürlich das Wetter aber vor allem auch die tolle Wohnung. Sie ist so hervorragend gelegen, man läuft 2 min zum Strand und eingerichtet ist sie perfekt. Wir hatten schon einige Ferienwohnungen, aber noch keine war so vollständig eingerichtet. Es fehlte an gar nichts. Dazu ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, was will man mehr. Frühstücken auf dem Balkon, der Bäcker gleich in der Nähe, Bettina gab uns auch das Gefühl, wenn es Fragen gibt, bin ich da! Ach ja und die Zeit verging so schnell aber eins wissen wir ganz bestimmt, wir kommen wieder !!!!!!!
