Terms & Conditions

Deposit and Cancelation Policies:
Summer Season (mid-April to mid-December): A 2 Night Deposit is charged at time of booking. Cancel at least 15 days prior to arrival for a deposit refund or 2 Night Penalty applies.
Christmas and New Year’s: A 5 Nights Deposit is charged at time of booking. Cancel at least 45 days prior to arrival or 5 Nights Penalty applies.
Winter Season (January 6th-to mid-April): A 3 Nights Deposit is charged at time of booking. Cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival for a deposit refund or 3 Nights Penalty applies.
No-Shows: Your entire stay will be charged as a no-show penalty.

Housekeeping Policies:

The Accommodation will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. All units are provided with bed, bath, and kitchen linens, basic household products such as trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and bar soap will be provided.
Additionally, for stays more than nine (9) nights, we will give a mid-week refresh with replacement of linen and towels and repeat this again if necessary depending on the total amounts of nights rented.
Extra housekeeping services are available with a fee and the costs are provided at the Reception.
Additional Charges for excessive cleaning upon departure (i.e. upholstery, mattresses or rug shampooing, etc.).
