Nestled amid lush landscaping in this gated community, our unit is newly remodeled and furnished. This remodel includes Carrier AC/heating unit, new ceiling fan in master, new king mattress January 2023, new front-load washer and dryer, new gourmet Kitchen Aid appliances, custom cabinets, and granite throughout!!! The exquisite decor of leather couches, Ty Pennington furnishings, and Ralph Lauren bedding provide the level of comfort so deserved during your stay. Kick back and check out one of the hundreds of channels on your hi-def Premium digital cable package and watch TV or a movie on the new large, 70 inch SMART HDTV/DVR with Premium Channels HBO, STARZ, CINEMAX, SHOWTIME, SPORTS PACK and STREAMPIX, Comcast's version of Netflix (3 new 2023 SMART HDTV total) or use your own Netflix account! TV has voice activated remote! Secure/Private EXTREME HIGHSPEED WiFi is available in the condo with password access, plus a computer/printer is available at the clubhouse, during daytime hours.
 
The condo grounds run from bay to gulf and are loaded with amenities. There are two tennis courts (one lighted)Pickleball available, two heated pools, covered private parking, gas grills, boat docks, outdoor bathrooms and showers (for rinsing off the beach sand), within this private, gated community. Or, you can simply sip a glass of wine and watch the dolphins and manatees that swim just beyond the sliding glass door from our first floor condo.
 
Walk to your private beach with merely sunscreen, towels, and your flip flops. The beach attendant is there to provide you with lounge chairs and umbrellas. There, you will enjoy one of the most beautiful and unique beaches in the world. Made from crushed quartz instead of crushed sea shells, Crescent Beach has a cool, powdered sugar feel. It is NEVER hot, regardless of the temperature! Once there, the clear azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico will welcome you for a dip.
 
If looking for excitement, Siesta Key and Sarasota are waiting to show you what they got. Kayak/jet ski rentals, boat/fishing charters, biking, parasailing, golf and tennis facilities are numerous. Siesta Key village is filled with restaurants, various boutiques, and terrific ice cream and with Siesta Keys FREE rides around the island, no need to worry about parking in the village. World class shopping is located in nearby St. Armand's Circle. Terms & Conditions

I require a $500 refundable security deposit to hold your dates. Dates are not secured until receipt of deposit and signed rental agreement. Then, 50% of rental rate is due 3 months prior to your stay and the remaining 50% is due 6 weeks prior to your stay. Please contact me for further details.

Amazing vacation!


Stop looking and stay here! Great location, beautiful furnishings, attention to details beyond belief. Has everything you could want in the kitchen. Beach towels, toys, everything you need for the beach. Easy walk to the beach, having beach chairs and umbrellas there waiting for us was great. Games were wonderful for rainy times and sitting in chairs outback was so relaxing! Boatyard restaurant excellent. Paddle boarding fun! I’ll be back for sure! Sandy was so quick to respond and a pleasure to work with! Thanks for a great vacation week at your beautiful home!

Excellent vacation! Beautiful beach with chairs and umbrellas for all. Nicely updated condo with beautiful grounds. Loved having the grill right off the back door. Owner was so easy to work with and answered all our questions.

Our honeymoon!!!


First, what a great location! Close to everything. Condo was amazingly beautiful, the beach theme rocked! Comfortable beds, nice furniture and TV\'s. All brand new inside! And best part.....a top of the line washer and dryer in the unit, instead of walking up to the laundry mat. This place was well decorated and thought out! Next, take a walk across a small two lane road and there is a private beach for the condo owners and their guests only. Ever walked in powdered sugar? That\'s what the sand feels like...and not hot on the feet! There is a beach guy named Ian who greets you with a smile and brings out chairs and umbrellas for you!! He also has kayak\'s and other beach toys! Restaurants have great food and the people in this town are very nice. This made our honeymoon truly unforgettable. The sunsets on the beach are fabulous.....like a picture. We will definitely be back next year! If I could give this 10 stars.....I would!

A Great Escape


How\'s this for a review? We booked this perfect home for next year already! That will make it 3 years in a row for a spring break. This beautiful, immaculately kept condo is everything a family of four needs for a stay at the beach. Not a fan of sand? The gated community\'s pool & clubhouse is the answer! The owner is quick to respond when a question arises or a need presents itself. Modern appliances, including washer & dryer, allow for it all feeling like home away from home. The location is quiet as it isn\'t right on the beach. It\'s a short 2 minute walk. The owner had lots of towels, there is a cooler to transport tropical drinks to the beach as well as a cart to ease that transportation. The Sniki Tiki Bar & Capt Curts Grill are a 3 minute walk away. The village of Siesta is a short drive or free shuttle ride down the \"strip\". Full disclosure, I\'m not a beach guy, and I LOVE it here!!

Perfect!!! Can't wait to go back.


We loved our stay at Sandy\'s. The condo has everything you need and more - loads of beach towels, beach toys, umbrella etc, great kitchen, and loved the open plan to the large living area. The location is great too - not beach front but only a minute or two\'s walk, and very picturesque and private with marina views out the back. Sandy is a pleasure to rent from - everything clear and easy, very helpful and quick to respond to queries etc. Very pleased with our choice and can\'t wait to go back!!

Great Trip!


We had a great time at this condo for our summer trip. It was hot in July but the beautiful white sand was never hot, and Ian giving us umbrellas and chairs was amazing to be able to sit in the shade as the kids played. This condo was great and had everything we could need. They thought of everything. The beach cart with rafts, noodles, coolers etc was awesome for the walk to the beach. Beach towels, games, fishing poles and even tennis racquets. The pool and bay were beautiful. Lots of nice restaurants to drive to in Siesta Village. Parking was a little tough but we just went early. Siesta key is great location as well for visiting lots of other beaches within driving distance. Loved Myakka state park where we hiked and saw gators. Mixon fruit farm was so cute - animals you can touch and great juice! I would absolutely recommend this place!

Family Holiday


my family vacation started on oct 23rd 2015 and sadly finished 4th november, we have been staying in siesta key now for over 25 years and this was the first time at sandys siesta and def will not be the last, sandy right from the start made this very easy indeed and was a1 in her communication bearing in mind we are in the uk, it was the first time my children had been to florida and we spent the first ten days in orlando before moving on to sandys place. we will be going back in 2017 and will not be doing the parks as my children much preferred siesta key and sandys condo, the condo is in fantastic condition throughout and kept very well indeed, if anyone wants some sort of advice about going to this condo it most def has our approval as we have stayed in many in siesta key and none are even in the same hemispere as sandys condo its just a shame it had to end. just a little end note from my children loved it loved it loved it lollllllllllllll

Awesome vacation!


This condo is beautifully decorated, and has all the features of being at home. The beach is a short walk across a road and through a couple gates, and once you\'re there, Ian the beach attendant will get you set up with beach chairs and an umbrella. The sand is amazingly soft like baby powder and the water is crystal clear and shallow. There\'s no undertow or big waves, so we didn\'t really have to fret constantly about our children\'s safety. The Midnight Cove complex is very well maintained and has a great new fitness room and 2 great pools. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock in front of the condo. We met many families who have been renting condo\'s there yearly for upwards of 20 years. One of the most important factors that made our trip so great was the incredible support and accessibility that the owner Sandy, afforded to us. She responded quickly to all of my texts, (and I texted often) and was always offering advice on places to go and sites to see. We are looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend this condo!!
