Description

This newly upgraded and furnished ocean front house is a great choice to enjoy the Pacific Ocean. Located in Ocean City off highway 109 about 2 miles beyond Hogan's Corner (Where you turn to go to Ocean Shores.)
 
INSIDE enjoy TV or Movies on the 55' wide screen television with surround sound, play games or read your favorite book. Get cozy next to the fireplace, enjoy ocean views from all three floors or catch up on your sleep. 
 
OUTSIDE bask in the sun on the deck, play in the large fenced yard, BBQ on the gas grill or walk on the beach. There you can fly your kites, build sand castles, beach comb for shells and sand dollars, body surf/boogie board, horseback ride or have a picnic or campfire. This is a prime location for clam digging in season.
 
Drive 5 miles to nearby casino, restaurants, shops, golf, family fun activities and so much more.
 
The Miramar has two large master bedroom suites with king size pillow top beds, walk in closets, private bathrooms with both tub and separate shower. There is also a smaller bedroom with a single over double bed. From the loft you can enjoy the ocean view while playing a board game or working on a puzzle. You could also have a gathering on the comforable sofas that at night convert into a very comfortable king size bed and a queen size bed with 5' firm foam mattresses. Also in the loft is a full bath with shower, walk in closet, and queen size bed.
 
The extra large kitchen has been newly upgraded with granite counter tops and sink. It is fully equiped with gas stove, electric double oven, large new refrigeration/freezer with ice and water in the door. It also has a dishwasher, disposal, new microwave and all the small appliances to make your life easy. (Toaster, mixer, crock-pot, coffee maker, Keurig, electric grill. etc.) There is tableware and glassware for 20+ people.  Extra Commercial two glass door display refrigerator in garage,
 
The deck provides a wonderful place to watch the ocean beaches that are only a short walk away.
 
On the first floor are three bonus rooms with a full bath. One room make for another good 'hang-out' spot. Two of the rooms are large bedrooms with 3 full over full bunk-beds in each room. These rooms are rented separately if you have a larger group gathering.

Note-
$550 per night is for the Main Floor and Loft (sleeps up to 13).
2 Bonus Bedrooms are available for the additional cost of $100 each per night + tax
$25 additional cleaning fee per stay. (Each Bonus Room has 3 double over double bunk beds and sleeps up to 6 adults or 12 smaller people)
If you rent just the Main Floor and Loft no one will be in the Bonus Bedrooms.
The first floor family room and the game room is available to all guests.
 
DISCOUNTS: September 15 - May 15 -- $80.00 off per night for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday. (2 night Minimum)

Amazing Family Christmas


My brother booked this house for our family to have Christmas together. It was amazing! 14 adults and 15 kids aging from 6 months to 13 years old all kept busy and had an amazing time. The house was very accommodating and had enough room for everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The owners even decorated with trees, lights, and an Elf on the Shelf! The upstairs living room was large enough for our family meetings and talks in the evening and the downstairs TV room was big enough for our kids to put on a play for the adults. Beds were comfortable, there were extra pillows and blankets in the master bedrooms and in the bunk rooms. The kids had a blast with the Foosball table, board games, and movies. The adults spent a lot of time around the ping pong table and in the kitchen. The house is right next to the beach and had super easy access for us to drive around and a short distance to Ocean Shores where we went for church. This house helped make Christmas one of the most memorable for our family. We couldn\'t have been more pleased with the home and location. The owners were also really prompt to answer any questions or concerns that we had while we were there. They even sent someone out to reset the septic alarm on Christmas eve! Our family will defiantly be back to make more memories. Thank you so much Miramar House!!

Couldn't be happier!


This house is really amazing and Ron is so easy to work with! We ended up renting one of the extra bonus bunk room so our kids could have a place to sleep and play and it was perfect for our family reunion. We don\'t have a huge family but half comes Washington and half from Oregon so this was a perfect place to meet. My 90 year old uncle was thrilled with his master bedroom! The house is completely stocked and has everything you could need! Being we went in November the ping pong/pool table came in very handy to keep us busy as well! I will for sure be renting this house again in the future! The only thing it was missing was a huge hot tub but I can look over that! :) The property faces the ocean (it is not an oceanfront property) and there is an amazing balcony with great views and is walkable to the corner store and the beach! Couldn\'t be a better location! You would he shocked at the amount of plates and glassware! Plus there is a full closet of table and chairs if you want to sit and dine as a group. I would totally suggest this house for parties for 10-37! Not sure there are many other homes out there like this what will fit your needs like this one! Thank you and till next time!

Delightful Family Gathering


We knew when, our 62nd wedding anniversary weekend - we knew where, somewhere between Ocean Shores and Copalis - and we knew how many, 31-35 persons - we just didn\'t know the exact housing that would meet all our requirements. We found it! The Big Red House, Miramar, at Ocean City. The property met or exceeded every expectation. The furnishings are first class and it can handle 30-37 people easily with dinnerware, plates, glasses and cooking utensils, etc. all provided. We would do it again in a heartbeat. The owners were gracious and promptly responded to every enquiry. Appropriate as a retreat center as well as for large families. Highly recommended.

Fantastic home with stellar location


This was a perfect home for a large group or family get together. We easily fit 10 adult men in the house. The property faces the ocean (it is not an oceanfront property) and there is an amazing balcony with great views. The ground floor has a huge garage, ping pong, foosball, large refrigerator, and bedroom(s). The walk down to the beach was less than 1/4 mi. The main floor has a large kitchen, an even larger living room, bathroom and a nice balcony. The property is located just several miles from the the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino and roughly 10 mins north of downtown Ocean Shores. All in all, we were very happy with the property and would return in the future!

Excellent!


We rented this house in June 2016 for a family reunion to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. This place turned out to be the perfect place! There were 30 of us... and there were beds for all, places to spread out, AND plenty of towels!!! We played ping pong, pool, foosball, watched tv/movies, had a fire in the pit, played card games, and more. The beach was a quick walk away. The kitchen was great once we figured out where everything was and we were able to make meals easily. The house was clean and decorated simply. We felt very comfortable here. The owner responded quickly when a shower stopped draining.?
