Atocha is one of the central areas of Madrid with better location and communication in the public transport network. It is very close to the so-called Art Triangle (made up of the Prado Museum, Reina Sofia and Thyssen-Bornemisza), Sol and Gran Vía and the Retiro Park. It is a perfect area to enjoy the main tourist attractions of the city, as well as having a wide range of cuisine and leisure.
How to move
PUBLIC TRANSPORT Palos de la Frontera metro station (Line 3). Atocha station (Line 1). Numerous bus stops and bicycle stations in the vicinity. HOW TO GET THERE FROM THE AIRPORT -Metro (45 min approx and € 5 / person) At the airport line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios station Transfer to line 10 to Tribunal station Transfer to line 1 to Atocha station Walk to the house -Taxi (40 minutes / € 30) - Aerocity / Airport Shuttle: door-to-door service, 40 min and around € 30 for four people HOW TO GET THERE FROM ATOCHA STATION -Nacing to the house -Taxi (around € 7)

If you arrive after 11 at night there will be a night check-in fee of € 15, to be paid at the time of check-in. The entrance door to the apartment closes suddenly. It is important not to forget the keys inside during your stay in the city. At the time of check out, please leave the keys on the living room table and close the door behind you. The departure time is before 11 if we have not agreed another hour previously. Our cleaning girl will arrive around 11. If you agree with her, please, let her enter.
