Walking and biking trails, children's programs, and some full service restaurants.  The plantation itself is conveniently located near the tanger outlets and barefoot landing. It is also 145 acres of lush tropical landscaping and half a mile of white sandy beach. With  fitness center, health club with indoor pool, tennis and racquetball courts are available for extra fee.  Pier fishing is minutes away at apache pier that offers live music friday and saturday nights during the summer. Embassy suites and hilton resorts operate splash park and therefore is not included.  Keep in mind that renting directly through the owner offers substantial savings.
 
DURING YOUR STAY, Unit rental INCLUDES daily use of umbrella and 2 chairs  that are set up by Lifeguard on the BEACH MAY 22- SEPTEMBER 7 2015.

Beautiful accommodations. View on the wraparound balcony stunning. The chairs and umbrella at the beach was a nice touch.

Beautiful Condo


My wife and I needed a place to stay while our house was being finished and Rodney\'s condo was a great option. We stayed for 3 months during the winter and really enjoyed our stay. While there we got to see several other condos at Brighton and his was by far the best. It is decorated well and has all the conveniences you might need. It was well cleaned when we arrived, which we truly appreciated. On one side of the building is the ocean and on the other side is a group of lakes with walkways. Quite pleasant...all sorts of waterfowl to watch. Soon after we arrived, the balconies to all the Brighton units were closed for maintenance. This was the only drawback to an otherwise glorious stay. We left Feb 28 and the balconies were still closed. You might want to check to see the status of the repairs before you book. Otherwise, we recommend this condo highly.

Best Condo yet @ Brighton!


My family of four stayed at this lovely condo the week of 7/23/16. We have stayed in many condos in Brighton but this one surpassed all of them in decor, cleanliness & amenities provided by the owner! The decor was beachy, tasteful and plentiful and all the furniture and rugs/ carpets were in great shape. The kitchen was well designed and stocked with all that was needed for us to live there for a week. The wraparound balcony had amazing views and great teak furniture, including a high table and chairs on the ocean front side that was perfect for breakfast and coffee on the patio as well as playing cards and other games. And, for the first time ever renting at Brighton, we had 2 chairs and an umbrella set up by the lifeguards on the beach and reserved for us every day. That was so convenient! I really cannot say enough good things about this condo or the owner. Rodney was very easy to work with and responsive to all my inquiries. Plus, the price was more than right. I spoke with many people at the pool and beach who were renting both from Hilton and they were paying much more. Lastly, the Brighton itself is in great shape, in the halls, elevators and foyers. If you are ever looking for a great 2 BR oceanfront condo in Brighton, this should be your choice! I know that we will never look any further when we return!

Just arrived this week. What a beautiful condo. CLEAN!! on the ocean with beach chairs. This is the nicest, best maintained unit we have stayed in at Brighton. A real pleasure. Will return again . LOVE IT. The owner, Rodney, has been very helpful and certainly has pride of ownership.

Beautiful Condo!!


We spent a week at this condo. Beautifully decorated. Very spacious. As we were two couples travelling together, we really appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom and were at opposite ends of the condo for privacy. This was our 3rd visit to Kingston Plantation and we love the location and the fact that it is a gated community. The owners were extremely easy to deal with. The entire building is very well maintained as are the pool and surrounding gardens. Although we ate supper out each evening (its a vacation you know), the condo was very well equipped for those who wish to cook. All that being said, the view from the balcony was \"Fantastic\". We especially enjoyed the hightop table and bar chairs which allowed us to enjoy \"happy hour\" with a beautiful view over the balcony railing. Also the adirondack chairs with stools where we girls enjoyed our morning coffee viewing the ocean while the boys golfed. Would definately rent this unit again. Many thanks to the owners.
