Description

Freshly decorated, new furniture and beds etc. Detached villa, fully air conditioned, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 comfortably with an option to have an extra person with a single bed in one of the double rooms . The location has to be one of the best in Puerto Banus... on a quiet road yet close to all the amenities . Restaurants and bars, supermarkets and shops 5 minutes walk. Town centre, marina, blue flag beaches and famous "Ocean Club" 7 minute walk. No need to have a car but if you choose to have one there is  parking outside the house. Private garden and large HEATED pool. Fibre optic high speed internet access. British and international TV channels.
 
Fully equipped kitchen. Extensive outdoor terraces to the front and rear, great for relaxing, sunbathing and al fresco dining. Big Weber gas BBQ. 
 
GROUND FLOOR:
Entering through the main door you arrive in a comfortable sun lounge with leather corner couch, coffee table and opening via large sliding French doors onto a private, South East facing terrace with a dining table and parasol... ideal for breakfast or lunch outdoors. The WiFi point is located in this room.
 
SITTING ROOM:
 
Large open plan sitting room with:
- comfortable lounge seating arranged around a coffee table
- TV and DVD player
 
 DINING ROOM: 
- adjacent to the sitting room and kitchen, the large dining room is bright and airy with dual aspect windows and  direct access to garden and pool 
- the dining table comfortably  seats  8 and there are 2 extra chairs if required.
-A baby chair can be provided if required.
 
KITCHEN:
Large fitted and fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, kettle/water-heater, toaster, pots and pans, coffee maker, iron,cutlery/crockery/glassware, American style refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. The  washing machine, airing racks, ironing board and linen basket are in a room outdoors adjacent to the pool. There is plenty of granite worktop surface for food preparation and the window overlooks the pool and garden.Easy access to the garden and breakfast terrace
 
MASTER BEDROOM:
This large, bright and comfortably furnished bedroom has a King Size bed (160cm) and good wardrobe storage. It opens via sliding French doors onto the garden and pool area. It has a private, walk in  en suite shower room. 
 
2nd bedroom: TWIN BEDROOM
This  twin bedroom has two single beds which can be put together to make a double bed if required.  Large built in wardrobe for storage. The family bathroom which is shared with the other twin room is conveniently close by.
 
3rd bedroom: TWIN ROOM 
This good sized  bedroom has twin single beds and shared use of family bathroom (on same floor, shared with other twin bedroom) 
Large built in wardrobe storage.
FAMILY BATHROOM
 
This is located adjacent to the bedrooms, is convenient for daytime use and is shared by the two twin bedrooms. It has a bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail. There is good water pressure and all 3 bathrooms have hair dryers.
 
FIRST FLOOR:
4th BEDROOM - 
- This large, bright and airy bedroom has a high, beamed ceiling and has dual aspect windows. It opens via large sliding doors onto a private, South facing terrace with furniture and a sea view.
  It is separately accessed and has private en suite facilities with a shower.
- King size (160cm) bed
- Lots of wardrobe/storage space
-a single bed can also be accommodated in this room and a baby cot can be provided if needed.
 
GARDEN/POOL:
1. Good sized swimming pool, 9m by 4.5m with deep end,  and steps at the shallow end for easy access. Large paved  terrace with  8 sun-lounge chairs. There is an option to have the pool heated, as required.
2. South- West facing covered pergola with dining table and seating for up to 10 people - perfect for al-fresco dining. Adjacent to the Weber gas BBQ and food preparation/serving area complete with sink.
There is also a very comfortable seating area with 3 seater couch, 2 armchairs, coffee table and sun umbrella adjacent to the pool and dining area.
 when they are in season!3. The garden also has a lawned area bordered by flowering shrubs and  mature fruit trees ( lemons and avocados - please help yourself when they are in season!)

Lovely villa and very good service!


We stayed in this villa for 4 nights, 8 people. Everything was perfect, heated pool, grill, sun beds for everyone etc etc. Coffee machine broke down, took an email to the owner and within 1 hour we had a new one outside the door. Super service! Good distance from restaurants, beach, shopping, golf and paddle tennis. Would love to go here again!

Exactly as described. A great experience


The villa was great for the eight of us on a weeks holiday. It had everything we needed and lots of facilities available to us including a really good outdoor area and pool. The villa was very clean and modern. Town is a ten minute walk away with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets a few minutes walk away. We would recommend this property without any reservations.

Nice Villa with good location


The description was accurate it matched the actual standard. It was comfortable for 6 adults and 2 children. Good location, near to restaurants. Just 10 to 15 min. walk to Puerto Banus harbour. The owner was kind to add extra cutlery for us when I had my 60th birthday party at the Villa. I will certainly recommend the Villa for family and friends.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location!


We had a fantastic week at the villa. Prior to arriving Bernadette sent me lots of useful information, and on arrival check in was easy. The villa is beautiful, with a big pool (which can be heated) and lots of outside space for family gatherings. Inside it is spotless and everything is in immaculate condition. The location is about a 6/7 min walk to the beach, slightly further to the harbour. There’s shops and restaurants within 2 mins walk though so very convenient. I would definitely recommend the villa and would love to stay there again!

Ideal for us


A well-constructed, spacious property with a good-size pool. Well equipped including a large barbecue which we used every night! Clean, and everything worked well. The heating of the pool was welcome at the end of May! We were given all necessary information about the property, and about the surrounding area, in advance and we felt that we were made welcome.
