CASA DE ROSALIE (monthly rental): This classic 3-bedroom Conch home is located across the street from Bayview Park, with tennis courts, playground, basketball court and community activities. Built in 1889 with original Dade County Pine in the bedrooms and a gracious banister for the stairs to the second floor. The living room has a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating for everyone, including a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The dining table seats eight and the spacious gourmet kitchen has everything needed for entertaining. The master bedroom with bath ensuite is on the main level, with a queen-sized bed and flat screen TV. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds with flat screen TV. The bathroom with shower is in the hall, with direct access from both bedrooms. Casa de Rosalie’s yard is spacious and very private, with multiple areas for relaxing in sun or shade. The private pool is 10’x20’ with heat in the cooler months.
