Luxury NEW condos in beautiful tropical setting, 3 minutes walk to secluded white sand Playa Penca (one of 4 best beaches in CR). At low tide one can walk along the ocean to other beaches: Prieta, Dante, Pan de Azucar, Dantita, Flamingo. In surrounding trees you can see various birds and even monkeys, yet there are small stores, restaurants, Internet-cafe within minutes walking distance. More fine restaurants, bars, dancing, gambling, etc. are in Flamingo. Liberia international airport is 40 minutes away. Vulcano is 3 hours away, it is active every day, hot spas.
