Guest Reviews

The property was lovely and the location - perfect.

I enjoyed everything and found everything lovely and perfect for my group.

We loved our visit to Maine! The house is well equipped nestled in a beautiful little harbor.

The house has everything! Great location, yet private. We spent time in Acadia and exploring costal towns. Can\'t wait to come back again.

Wonderful, private home!

We stayed a week this past Sept with 3 couples and absolutely loved our stay. The pictures on this website do not do justice to how wonderful this house is. The bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds. My only complaint would be the small upper windows have no coverings so the morning sun comes in bright and early. The kitchen I large and has everything you could need and then some. There were tons of spices and other wonderful things in the pantry. We did not cook lobster there but if you did want to do so there is everything you would need. We loved the large great room and really enjoyed the fireplace. If I were to change anything it would be to put a bigger TV in. We did take advantage of the large movie selection they had. There were also lots of games. We love sitting on the deck and looking out at the bay and looking at the beautiful night sky. This home is a bit off the beaten path making for wonderful peace and quiet yet only about 15-20 minutes from the darling town of Camden. There are stores a short drive away but you do need a car if you are staying here. The property manager Janey was a delight to work with quickly responding to every call or email I sent. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to Maine I would love to stay here again.`

Family reunion getaway

We spent a wonderful week at this fabulous house! The pictures shown do not even do justice to how special this place is! The place is super clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are very comfortable and so nice to have 3 full bathrooms on the main level. The only complaint I would have is the small upper windows that don\'t have shades so the early morning sun comes in. The kitchen is completely stocked with every utensil you could want and tons of spices, teas, coffee. We went out for lobster, but if you did want to cook it there they have everything you need. We loved the great room and spending time by the wonderful fireplace. One suggestion would be to have a little larger TV. They did have a ton of movies to watch and lots of games and puzzles. The house is located on a very private lot although there is a new house being built close by. What a lovely view of the bay. It is a little away from mainstream but there is a store nearby (as long as you have a car) and the wonderful town of Camden was only 15-20 minutes away. We loved sitting on the deck and looking at the beautiful stars at night! The property manager, Janey was a delight to work with and very responsive to every email and phone call. We were sad to leave this wonderful house. If we are ever able to return to Maine we would want to stay here again!
