Each bedroom comes equipped with a separate entry for privacy, a private balcony and enjoy perfect placement to take advantage of the famous local trade winds. Additionally, both Junior suites feature new beds and bedding. In the entertainment center, there is a DVD library available for your use, as well as a 55” TV that is newly installed with surround sound provided in the great room. All rooms have A/C, a TV/DVD system, and Direct TV and wireless Internet are included. You will also find a fully stocked kitchen, featuring a brand-new dishwasher. Every room at Villa Tropidero has great sun, vibrant colors and charming Caribbean artwork.
 
After enjoying the interior of Villa Tropidero, make your way outside, past the doublechammocks hanging for in the cool breezeway with fans and colorful artwork .You will find your own private pool and barbeque, as well as newly sculpted lush, tropical landscaping. Beyond the pool, work your way down to your own private palapa (which has a new top) on the beach! Villa Tropidero has all the privacy you need plus your own beach complete with palapa, kayaks and lounge chairs – Too good to be true – but it is!.
 
The private beach is also a perfect starting point for a day in the ocean. Swim, snorkel, bonefish, kayak, wakeboard, windsurf – you get the picture. This beach has access to it all just steps from you private home on Provo.

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 
You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation.

Additional Rate details

Christmas and New Year Weeks – 100 percent due when booked, non-refundable. Non cancellation. No lock off options available for these two weeks.
Rates can change at any time without notification.
Extra people over 6 guests will be asked to relocate to other accommodations..
Minimum age of children 8.
The villa booking rates are in U.S. Dollars. An 12% government accommodation tax must be added to all rates. There is a refundable damage deposit of $500.00 due on each booking.
Administration fee for changes to reservations, either cancellation or change of stay $500.00
 
You may rebook during Covid Epedimic for another suitable time, but no refunds will be given. We will not book the Holiday dates as suitable times.

Delightful Refuge - Private Beach with Stunning Sunsets!


\"Villa Tropidero provided a delightful refuge for our stay in TCI. The villa is well stocked and tastefully furnished in island dcor with a west indies vibe and open air first floor. It sits right on a private beach with stunning sunsets and views. We appreciated having the pool for late afternoon dips after reading under the shady palm trees. The villa is located on the quiet leeward side of the island, away from the tourists and large resorts, but close enough for access to restaurants, shopping, and many good snorkeling locations. The owner was responsive and helpful in every way, and we were particularly appreciative of the caretaker Donnys attentiveness.\"

Paradise!!


We had a wonderful time in Villa Tropidero. The location was quiet yet a close drive to the grocery store, shops, restaurants, etc. Having the private beach was very peaceful, and we also utilized the pool and lounge areas of the home. It was a perfect house for our group (three adult couples). Paradise!

By far one of the best


Ive stayed at many Villas but Villa Tropidero was by far one of the best. The view is breath taking and The owner and the property mgr went above and beyond from booking it, stocking the fridge to meeting us at the airport. The villa included everything from snorkel gear to kayaks. nWhen I return to Turks and Caicos, this will be my 1st choice!

Villa Tropidero Was Fantastic!


Villa Tropidero was fantasticquiet, relaxing and everything my family and I needed for our vacation. Actually,once we got our groceries , we didnt leave for about 5 days , despite having plans to visit a few other beacheswe were totally content! I recommend it highly and would love to go back again.

Villa Tropidero is on the beach with a private pool!


My wife, two daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Tropidero. Having our own private beach, pool, gorgeous views of the Caribbean, and all the comforts of home made our time on the island as stress-free and relaxing as possible. We decided not to rent a car but instead used Greens Taxi service to get into Grace Bay, which is about 15 minutes away, for dinners or shopping. In addition, the owner, Pam was extremely responsive to all inquiries and requests. She also has a property manager on the island to take care of any needs. If you prefer to be in a clean, beautiful, peaceful, quiet oasis during your trip to Providenciales, then I would highly recommend Villa Tropidero.
