Great!


I enjoyed renting this condo, it was well furnished, very comfortable and close to a lot of stuff. including the beach which was located just across the street. The owner, Joseph was very accommodating and helpful. When a problem did arise he was quick to fix it and communicated with me throughout the whole trip. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome location, beautiful condo and pool!


Very hospitable landlord, went out of his way to show us the condo and provide all the information on the amenities. The condo t is well equipped, kitchen is ready to use, and the building is in a beautiful location, 1 minute from the beach, and has a fun pool for play and relaxation. Would definitely recommend it to our friends!

Nice vacation


Everything was as expected. Pictures are real. The beach is excellent and you have umbrellas, towels and toys. Short walk (5-7 minutes) to the beach. The Pool is nice and the neighborhood is excellent. A lot of places to shop and buy groceries. If you have kids, this is the place. They have a pack n play and high chair. The only problem is that I received the refund about two weeks later but I had previosly read that in another review.

Full apartment with great location in Sunny Isles (Collins and 193)


The apartment is located in Sunny Isles in a complex of apartments is very complete has 2 double beds, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, parking and is fully equipped to spend an excellent holiday. The owner Joseph is very attentive and check in as the check out is done easily and without any delay. The beach is a 10 minute walk without needing to use the car and around you find restaurants and shops in addition to the Aventura Mall within 15 minutes driving. Thanks Joseph!!!!! Also pool is beautiful and heated.

Home atmosphere for family trip


My family and I drove in from Detroit, MI and Joseph was accommodating by meeting us earlier than normal check in at a local location in order to guide us into the parking area and the property. He assisted in carrying in all of our luggage to the condo as well, which was nice. The condo was furnished and decorated well and provided a homey feel which was great for us and the kids. All necessary kitchen & entertainment amenities were included on the property. A lot of child accommodations - highchair, stroller, pack & play. There was also a park and play structure right in front of the property which was great. Beach access directly across the street and pool just one floor below. I thought the condo was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the northern Miami area.
