Awesome beach front with full view of the pool and ocean. It includes beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, full linens, more.  It has a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen, pillow top beds in the 2nd bedroom. There is a futon to pull out for extra sleeping. There are extra pillows, blankets, sheets and more. There are two bathrooms upstairs and a toilet downstairs. The condo is a townhouse floor plan but it is a condominium. There is covered, assigned parking for one car and plenty of extra parking in the front of the complex. It is about an hours drive from the Olrando international airport and Disney world. There are many, many attractions in the area with some great seafood restaurants. There is a grill on the balcony for grilling and plenty of spices, dishes and more in the kitchen. The eating area consists of a club table with four chairs and more seats at the breakfast bar. The living area has a large flat screen, smart TV.  All the bedrooms has a flat TV. There is WiFi. There is a full size washer and dryer in the Master bedroom. There are plenty of extra towels and wash clothes.

Why Kids Love It
Because its COOL!!! There are so many water sports, beach adventures, events and more right on the beach. There is usually many air shows with small planes and more. There is something for everyone at Cocoa Beach. Ron Jon Surf Shop, and the Cocoa Beach Surf Shop are both open 24/7. If you the kids want to go look at surf boards, skate boards and get lessons at 2 a.m., they can. It's just that amazing for a spot for family fun.
 
Area Information
This is the closest salt water beach to Orlando Fl., that would be your main airport to fly into.
This condo is located on the ocean, head 528 EAST all the way to the ocean from the airport.
 
This perfect get away is located about one hour from Disney World, MGM studios and other Orlando attractions. The closest ones to the condo, about 15 min. or less are Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, You can catch a quick cruise to the Bahamas and leave your rental car at a local location. They will give you a ride to the loading dock for any cruise you want. Then they will pick you back up and bring you to get another rental car when your done with your cruise. It really is convenient.
There is so much to do and see in Cocoa Beach. You can take an air boat ride at the Lone Cabbage air boats on the St. Johns River, you can take a closer ride on a pontoon party boat, right on the banana river at the waterfront bar and grill. You can see all types of marine life. Dolphins, manatees and more are at the waterfront restaurants. You don't even have to go out on the water.
 
The pier is our favorite spot as you can walk right there and go to the Rikki Tikki Tavern, located at the end of the pier. Happy hour starts at around 4 pm in Cocoa Beach. The BEACH is the main attraction and it's free. You can rent anything you want. Surf boards, kayaks, wind surfing, more. There is a volley ball net at the pier if you want to play. They allow drinks on the beach, as long is it is in a can or plastic bottle. NO GLASS.

I am amazing. My family is amazing and we are very happy to welcome you to our amazing and awesome, beach front condo. Cocoa Beach, FL is a great place to spend a family vacation. There is so much to do and see. Kennedy space center is close by and you will be able to explore all the space shuttle launches and rocket launches. Maybe even see a launch while staying at this awesome place.

This gorgeous spot is ON the beach. There is a heated, salt water pool available and the view is stunning. We are located one complex over from the Cocoa Beach Pier. Many, many restaurants, live music, shopping and more.

Disney, MGM, Universal studios is just less than an hour away, We are the closest Salt Water beach from Orlando, FL.

Awesome Vacation

Delightful Experience at Cocoa Beach Towers


My husband, our 3 boys and me were very happy with our stay at Cocoa Beach Towers. The room we stayed in was spacious and roomy, and included a washer and dryer! The view from our balcony was gorgeous which included the beach and the pool. We had private access to the beach, boogie boards, towels, an umbrella and cooler and chairs were provided. We were all impressed and would definitely visit again. Overall our trip was delightful and we really scored a fantastic place to stay!

Great family friendly beach condo!


My family and grandkids had a wonderful week here. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beach view is awesome and we had such easy access with the ramp behind the pool. Beds were comfy with Great bedding. We had everything we needed and more, including towels, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards(which we used daily), other beach supplies and kitchen amenities we didn’t have to buy. The condo is decorated very cute with plenty of space in the living room and a large tv. Lots of games for us to play also. The kids did crafts and even found tape and scissors! If you forget something more than likely you will find it here. We walked to the pier and walked the beach in the evening. It was nice being able to code into the door and not take keys with us. It’s a great place to spend a week at the beach. Lovely vacation!

AMAZING!!!!!!


We took my whole family to Florida in December. My grandchildren ranged from 5 years old to 16 years old. The Condo was perfect for the whole family. It was clean and very modern. Loved all the special touches throughout. The beds were amazing-so comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. All of the extras that were at the condo were so nice. Chairs, sand toys, water toys - all the extras in the kitchen area that were available for our use - just made for a perfect vacation. The area was great since we were only 1 hour from Disney and many other attractions. The restaurants in the area were wonderful as well. Our favorite was Coconuts on the Beach! Since we went in December, it got dark about 5:30 so we were disappointed that the kids couldn't use the pool after dark. That would be the only thing that I could think of that it would be nice if that rule changed. We would definitely rent this condo again. Oops - forgot to mention the Beach was amazing as well. We watched the sunrise and the dolphins... pure heaven!
