We offer you our stunning 5 Bed 3 bath villa, with oen pool, on gated 5 Star Lake Berkley resort.
 
5 Beds, 3 Bath home that is beautifully furnished throughout (Big TV/Games Room/Heated Pool/Free Internet).
This villa is furnished to a very high standard and being all one level is ideal for one or two families.
 
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms which can conveniently and spaciously provide for up to 10 family members' daily activities, relaxation, and enjoyment.
 
The main sitting room has a luxurious large full leather sofa and you can watching the huge 55-inch LED TV . From the sitting room you can see and have access to the outdoor private pool, which can be heated if required.
 
The master bedroom has a large bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed. There are three further twin bedrooms, one of which has a Princess theme which children always adore.
 
The kitchen is newly renovated with a marble top surface and is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, kitchen wares, utensils and dinner sets that you will need.
The fully screened pool area has a spacious deck, great for sunbathing. The deck has all the usual chairs and loungers you will need.
This villa has high demand from previous renters, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
 
All guests can use, free of charge, the various facilities of Lake Berkley Resort, which includes, tennis, basketball court, volley ball, fishing on 3 lakes, golf practice nets, clubhouse, gym, outside exercise area, children’s playpark, communal pool/Jacuzzi and children’s splash pool.
 
Pool heat if required is $15 per night payable separately.
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required, this will be invoiced separately 60 days before you arrive.

Fantastic villa on fantastic Resort


Had 1 week at this villa (we stayed at another villa for 1 week). Everything was perfect, very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. We had a very relaxing time at the villa which has a great location, close to restaurants, shops and theme parks. Pool area is great for relaxing, kids just loved being in the pool. Lake Berkley is a very safe secure Resort, with a friendly smile from the guard everytime we came back from Disney which is a short drive away. We would definitely rent this villa again, our only surprise is that this villa is so inexpensive when compared to renting a decent hotel.

Fabulous villa


We just returned from 10 days at this villa July 2017.We had a fabulous time at this Lake Berkley Villa. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos and very clean. Overall feel was very \"at home\" and we enjoyed our stay very much. Location was perfect and very convenient to everything...theme parks and stores, restaurants, etc. But also far away enough so that we can enjoy the peace & quiet. It was our special vacation celebrating 20 years married, and with our 4 children. Everything was perfect and we had a great \'family\' vacation. Having lazy breakfast in the morning together on the pool deck patio, hanging out at the pool to cool off, just watching movies together in the livingroom laughing. Kids loved watching TV in their own bedroom, and helping themselves to snacks and drinks from the large fridge.
