Our stunning 4 Bed 2 Bath Villa enjoys one of the premier positions on Lake Berkley Resort with an unspoilt beautiful view over the lake. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the pool patio whilst watching the wildlife on the lake. If you enjoy fishing then you only need to walk a few yards to fish in the lake.
 
The villa is very spacious and has been furnished to a very high standard. The villa boasts two sitting rooms, very convenient if the kids want to watch their own TV whilst you watch another.
There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite and Queen bed. There is a further double bedroom, and another two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have Cable TV.
The two bathrooms both have a bath and shower, and come with the usual hairdryers and abundance of towels.
The kitchen has every modern appliance needed, together with all the necessary utensils and crockery. Any aspiring chef would be proud of this kitchen.
 
The fully screened pool area has a large deck, great for sunbathing. The deck has all the usual chairs and loungers you will need. The pool is east facing so gets the sun from sunrise until very late afternoon, and facing the lake it is very private.
 
All guests can use, free of charge, the various facilities of Lake Berkley Resort, which includes, tennis, basketball court, volley ball, fishing on 3 lakes, golf practice nets, clubhouse, gym, outside exercise area, children’s playpark, communal pool/Jacuzzi and children’s splash pool.
 
Pool heat if required is $15 per night payable separately.
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required, this will be invoiced separately 60 days before you arrive.

A haven of peace and comfort


We arrived at Lake Berkley after a very stressful 3 hours at immigration and car rental. The resort is at the end of a quiet road and so there is no through traffic. It has a 24 hour manned security post at the gate which meant security and safety for my family. We opened the door to our villa with excitement and anticipation. It was cool it was beautifully furnished and it was spotlessly clean. 4 large bedrooms, again tastefully and beautifully presented. 2 bathrooms, (one of them en suite) with large showers and plenty of linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 dining areas (one poolside) Wifi and cable tv. The pool area was not a disappointment either. The water was clean and warmed by the sun. No shortage of loungers wiith comfy cushions. The owner has also supplied beach towels to use round the pool and several pool toys. I made use of the laundry facilities at the villa. to arrive back in the UK without a suicase full of dirty clothes was a huge bonus. Lake Berkley resort offered us the use of their club house (which we didn\'t use) tennis/badminton/ basketball courts, a lake and a quiet residential estate. We didn\'t explore all it had to offer as we had the perfect location to come home to. The location was, as described, only 10 mins away from the main attractions and off the 92 which offered shopping and plenty of dining. The owner thoughtfully provided a guide to the house and its facilities while the management company nade themselves available for any issues we may have had. This has been my best villa away from home experience. From the booking of the villa to shutting the door behind us on our departure, we were perfectly looked after. As a family we endorse this as the perfect holiday rental and hope to return again.
