Just completed in December 2015, this home is fresh and ocean themed with all new furnishings. The 4 master suites have king sized memory foam beds, private bathrooms with individual coffee bars, smart flat screen tvs, egyptian cotton sheets and dedicated patio space. The dining, kitchen and living areas are all open to each other and share a gorgeous sunset view over the ocean canal. A 55 inch flat screen television in the living area is perfect for game days and movie nights. A half bath is off the great room for convenience. An extra wide covered porch extends the living space and looks over the pool area. The huge saline pool graces the backyard area and can be heated or chilled. A spacious deck surrounds the pool and features a half bath and outdoor shower. An ice maker and bait freezer are provided. An essential oil misting system keeps the noseeums and mosquitoes away. The canal is extra wide and deep. Plenty of space is provided for parking and a boat trailer. A private and personal waterfront paradise, exceptional in every way.
The Grouper House is a great place! Terrific location with easy access to all the wonders the Middle Keys have to offer. The house is beautifully decorated and has every state-of-the-art convenience and more. We were a family of five and had plenty of room to spread out. The enormous back porch and large pool were amazing. Marvelous sunrises, stunning sunsets and delightful starlit nights. Highly recommend!
Our family stayed in this lovely home for a week and were sad to leave. Perfect location in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The home is immaculate and well decorated, with 4 King suites (each with own bathroom), fully loaded modern kitchen, wrap around balcony, fabulous pool and patio area (with outdoor shower), washer dryer, on canal with dock for your boat! Pictures do not do this home justice...it is flawless! Kim (property manager), was so nice and welcoming! We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to staying here again.
The Grouper House was wonderful a great deal of planning went into this house every little detail had been though out and put in this place. We had a GREAT Family Vacation, four master suites with coffee makers and wine cooler in each, ice machine and bait freezer. The entire family was very impressed with all the details that went into this house. Great for family or couples. We had a Great vacation and will us the Grouper House again. My grandson enjoyed fishing off the dock, also a great place to ride bikes, paddle board. Close to everything
