Linda and Sinead, We had an absolutely fabulous time in Italy. Villa Lika was everything we hoped for and more. Everyone felt instantly “at home” and we enjoyed every inch of the space from the kitchen to multiple dining areas to the pool. More than one bottle of Prosecco was consumed on the balcony as we looked out over the sea watching the boats travel to and from Capri. Beyond the villa experience, what made our family adventure truly memorable and special was how smoothly all of the details fell into place. Our private car services to and from the villa went perfectly with a professional driver and van to handle all our luggage. Our private boat excursion will always be a treasured memory – the boat itself was incredible and the staff from Luxury Charters made everyone feel very special. The transportation and guided tour of Pompeii ruins and Vesuvius were engaging and fun – even the pizza restaurant recommended by our driver was a great experience. The private chef at the villa made us meals to remember (not kidding, the spaghetti and meatballs dish had us wanting more the next day) and her personal service made us feel like special. And the restaurants which you recommended, from L’Antica Trattoria for a birthday celebration to Il Buco at which we were personally catered to by Chef Peppe to Chez Black where we had a table with a wonderful view of the beach, were simply outstanding. Even the rental car (and the harrowing driving experience) went like clockwork. When we worked with Exceptional Villas last year to book Pearl East in Turks & Caicos, we so were thoroughly impressed with the experience that we felt compelled to work with you again for our trip to Amalfi. We couldn’t be more happy with that decision and won’t hesitate to partner with you again on our next adventure. Sinead – a special, heartfelt “thank you” to you from our entire family.
